So a large group of us paid to access this tourist attraction. 29 euro pp. this was to have breakfast but that costs extra. It’s worth doing because it revolving and provides you panoramic views of the city. These are indeed breathtaking and worth every penny. I’ve marked it down because of a few issues. The waitress got a bit rude when we asked for extra bread. The restaurant claimed we hadn’t made a booking turning us away despite the tickets stating restaurant. It was only after a second try that we finally provided evidence that we had booked. It wasn’t very busy but did get that way after 10. Don’t miss out though you get a chance to see the city.

Visited here while in Berlin for a short city break and while it’s a must do when in Berlin we did think it was a bit over priced. We were lucky as we had not pre booked so turned up in hope and we were up in the tower in 20 mins from purchasing our tickets where you can do inside if the ticket machines outside are busy. Views were very good and lots of good information provided but some of the points of interest were very much in the distance and hard to locate, also we found the viewing area very warm. Would still recommend when in Berlin

If you want to avoid crowds and sit and watch the view go by then take the option of the evening meal. The food wasn’t anything special, but it was tasty and the server was engaging. The set menu included three alcoholic drinks each but as I don’t drink I had a choice of soft beverages. It meant we had two choices of starter, three of main but only one dessert - and the dessert was disappointing. However the views were fantastic and there was something immensely relaxing about watching the world turn. We went at 8pm on a hot day and it was fine - very pleasant and not busy.

I would have given zero stars if there was such an option. When I arrived at 8:15pm and got the entrance ticket I was told I could stay on the tower for as long as I wanted, as long as I exit before they close at Q11pm. Everything went on smoothly except at the security check. After I came down from the Observation Deck at about 21:10, there was a seating area next to the exit, where I sat down - just like a few others did - to check my phone to plan my next destination. Then the security check lady came and chased me away in a rude tone. I asked her why, and she said I was not allowed to sit there. I asked to see her manager, and she said the manager went home and I would need to come back tomorrow to talk to the manager. I asked if the manager has an email address. Then she went to get a middle-aged man named “Joris” who claimed to be the manager. I politely voiced my feedback that if there’s such a rule of visitors not allowed to sit there after visiting the observation deck, or can only sit for a maximum of five minutes, then there should be clear signage to indicate that. Or simply cordon off the area to avoid confusion. Period. But this “Joris” simply dismissed my feedback as “bull****”, and said he knows his staff well. When others are doing the same thing and only I was chased away, it’s clearly discrimination. And so ill-mannered! Now I’m just glad that I simply redeemed the entrance ticket as part if the Berlin Welcome Card and didn’t have to pay the full price for it, because it would simply be a waste of money!

We visited on a mild day, but once we arrived at the viewing floor, the heat became unbearable. While you book a time slot to begin your visit, there is no end time and therefore the number of people in the viewing area increased the heat greatly. (Avoid if it is a hot day!) Each window highlighted a number of key buildings / areas that were visible by that window and some interesting facts were provided. The attraction may benefit from having some staff on site at various points that could add a human aspect to the visit.

It was ok experience to me, I guess tourists would like it more, we took the bundle 49 euro, for watching only, free drink, photo both and historical video about Berlin. The video was interesting to me. My advice: For ppl who live in Berlin I guess choosing the restaurant section is better. For people who don’t live in Berlin you may like this experience more.

Not worth the money. €25 for a great view but that is all. Experience lacks an interactive perspective the description of the various city spots is good but there were too many people lingering for too long. This is one of the more over priced tourist attractions in Berlin.

Nice view to the city, unfortunately could not enjoy it more than ten minutes as NO ventilation at all, terrible experience with a lot of people but very little oxygen available.

We went up the tower at twilight and got the benefit of sunset and daytime views. It was a little scary going up in the lift as the top was glass and all the shaft and mechanism on show! Added to the drama! At the top the bar was tiny and hopes of a cheeky cocktail were dashed! It was also quite crowded and difficult to access all the viewing windows. Overall I would recommend though- a fun and unique experience.

Really boring if I’m honest. Most of the places/landmarks on the information boards aren’t visible and so seems a bit pointless. They’re either hidden behind other buildings or along the horizon way out of view. What was visible was the mass construction sites, I may as well have been up a crane. It’s an experience to say you’ve done it but it’s not worth the money, they need to find a way to make it engaging. We went in January and it was fairly busy and cramped walking around viewing each info board waiting for people to move on etc so I cannot imagine what it would be like in the spring/summer time. We much preferred our trip to the Reichstag building, it’s free, provides an audio guide and has all sites in view
