Enrique Barbero was the best tour guide. He was polite, professional and enthusiastic. He knows the places to go & the best ways to get there. He really made this tour go to the next level. My wife and I really enjoyed the beautiful sites and learning so much about Spanish culture from Enrique. The small group was perfect size to enjoy this wonderful day in the La Mancha area of Spain! Highly recommend the tour and Enrique as your guide.

The walk through Toledo was interesting and the view at the Don Quixote Windmills was amazing. Enrique, our guide, explained the history of the sites including the wine making process during the wine tasting event.

Our tour guide Enrique was amazing and super accommodating. We had the opportunity to learn plenty of the wines created in the region and what makes them truly special. Enrique was very knowledgeable about the different wineries and gave great insight throughout the tour. Every single winery was truly unique and our group of 7 hand a fantastic time. Would definitely recommend.

If you are looking for a relaxing day trip from Madrid in a small group, with Toledo, wind mills, authentic Spanish lunch and wine tasting, stop looking, you wouldn’t find any tours better than this. After some extensive research, I selected this tour and it became one of the most memorable days of our Spain trip. The best part of the trip is our guide Enrique, who is genuine, caring, knowledgeable, speaks prefect English, and truly proud to be a Spaniard! Enrique took us to many amazing places but we never felt rushed or tired. He planned the trip so well that somehow we were always able to avoid tourist crowds and truly enjoy the magic of each place. The lunch, the wine tasting and even the cute shops we stopped by, are all special and full of culture roots. We really appreciate the connection we made with Enrique (a local expert in everything) and that he brought us a little closer to the true Spain!

Raul provided a combination of history , fun , food — willingness to share in the local experience . He has a quality comfortable van & is just TOP NOTCH . He knows the people and places he visits intimately and it was so excellent to meet his local “friends”. His tour is very malleable to each persons needs . We have been in Spain for 2 week / taken many tours and there is no way you can do better than this one . Pls reach out directly to him to discuss & book his tours .

This was an amazing tour. Our guide Enrique was very knowledgeable and friendly. The group was only 7 people which was perfect, we were able to move from place to place quickly and easily. Enrique had a lot of good facts to share with us about the history of each stop, and was also very knowledgeable about the wine making process. He had connections in Toledo with some of the shop owners so we got an inside look at things we wouldn’t have seen if we had gone to Toledo alone. I would 100% do this same tour again or another from this company. The lunch we had after the windmills was also one of the best meals we’ve had in Spain.

I’ll start from the top - Enrique was a wonderful guide from start to finish and his driving was excellent as well! We had nice conversation and a brief overview of the day before arriving in Toledo - an incredible city with so much history! He knew some of the townspeople and they knew him so we got an exclusive look into a few awesome shops (I won’t spoil the surprise). We next headed to the windmills which were beautiful and then the lunch provided was amazing! After refueling ourselves we headed to the winery which was so cool. Since it was a small group we got a detailed look into just how they make wine (from sparkling to rose) and then tasted some fine wine. It’s not the typical wine tour where they just booze you up and say thanks for coming - throughout the day I probably drank 4 or 5 glasses of wine (which is plenty). If you want to just drink wine and get drunk then I do not recommend but if you want a personal experience and a great day then this is 10/10!

Visiting the winery, seeing how the wines aged and then tasting a few good ones was nice. Getting a view of the town of Toledo from a nearby hill was also really cool. A lot of good historical context given while we travelled by cat between the places.

Enrique escorted us on a wonderful must do trip! Wine, Toledo, and windmills made a great experience.
