Francesco was interesting, well informed and engaging. The tour was a perfect way to start our 5 day stay to get oriented to the city. The rest of our visit was enhanced by our walking tour. We saw such a variety of sites, got so much information that we wouldn’t have gotten from a tour book. Great tour.

Was a nice walking tour that gave insight into Venice life and how some things have worked over the years. Would have liked more history though. At the start the guide said they didn't want to throw a bunch of facts at us but that's what we were there for. It's great as a general overview but not detailed history if that's what you're after. Also want to say the tour company was very responsive and accommodating when we notified them we were going to be late because we got on the wrong ferry (doh!). So as a business I highly recommend, just maybe not this tour specifically for history buffs.

Missed the tour due to taxi driver had the address and dropped us off at the wrong location (we did not realize this) and told us would be 5 minutes to walk to get the tour. Another 45 minutes later we arrived after the tour started. We spoke to the tour company. Explained what happened with the taxi, and didn't have another tour on Sunday 5/7/23. Offer us Monday 5/7/23 only in Venice for the day. We were leaving the next day to fly home back to Orlando, Florida. The tour company was very nice and very helpful. Told us to contact Viator directly about compensation. Disappointed. Made the best of it.

There isn’t anything hidden in the stops that are highlighted on this tour(St. Mark’s Square, Rialto Bridge). You would be better finding a guidebook. There aren’t any legends or mysteries that were shared. The guide was knowledgeable and could spew out dates of the building but the tour was boring and not what I expected based on description.

This was a great walking tour! There’s no way that we would have discovered all those hidden places away from the center on our own. Our guide was so great at explaining everything. Even my 12 year old enjoyed the tour very much. Highly recommend!!

What a day! I've spent a weekend in Venice with my girlfriend and we really enjoyed this new concept of guided tour. After 45mins we could jump off to have a quick break and then we jump on to finish our tour. Both guides were fantastic! - I recommend it!

This tour is exactly what you need to discover Venice and never get lost with a great local guide. It possible also to do a self guided tour through the typical calle and canals.

This is the second Vox City Walks tour that I've done in Italy and I love them! Venice is such a great city to explore on foot, so this walking tour was perfect, and once again our tour guide was fantastic. I also can't recommend the digital guide highly enough, it's so so handy to use in foreign cities.

This was such a great tour and we loved the fact that we could leave and join whenever we wanted to! The guides were friendly and there was always one available wherever we were, within half an hour - I think they must be staged that way (very impressive organisation). We were able to track them on our phone just like Uber. If you are in Venice for 2-3 days this is a must - I would thoroughly recommend!

I have been to Venice several times but this time thanks to the local guide I got to know places I believe only local people know and went back there in the evening listening to the audio content.would like to repeat soon. Super.
