After having taken a superb road by the sea, arrived at a point of view overlooking Arguineguin and the coast of the island. From there you will discover a magnificent point of view on the coast and the horizon, but also the Maspalomas lighthouse in the distance, as well as the former NASA space center which served in the first image of the APOLO 11 expedition.

A great day. Phil and Simon were so welcoming. Even when our buggy ran out of fuel half way up the mountain, Phil ensured a great ride in his buggy and then took us back so we can ride it back to the meeting point. Very friendly and a good atmosphere

Such a brilliant day with Philippe snd Simon! Picked up from hotel as arranged (Simon even called the day before to confirm everything) and driven a short distance to meet the buggies. There were 3 buggies in our group, one that was ours (family of four, kids aged 9 and 12), one driven by another couple and one driven by Simon. Simon let our kids alternate going with him which was brilliant for them! A couple of stops for a drink (once to get fresh mango/papaya juice - highly recommend!) followed by a drive up into the mountains (v windy roads) with some amazing views and then back to base. Simon offered to show us to a great restaurant for a late lunch (which we accepted - lovely food, excellent price) and he entertained the boys with his magic tricks (which they’re still talking about!). Thank you so much Simon and Philippe - next time we come to Gran Canaria we’ll do another trip with you!

Awesome time! Simon and Phillip run an outstanding operation. Simon was a great guide and instructor on how to drive the buggy’s. Simon picked us up early from our cruise ship on the north side of Gran Canaria and had us to his “office” on the south side in under 45 minutes. Within 45 minutes of arriving we were in our buggy and on our way. The buggy’s were very fun to drive and the scenery was magnificent. Our tour included 4 of us (2 in each buggy) plus Simon in his. There were several stops along the way for drinks, snacks and to just enjoy the views. About 2 hours later we were at the top of the mountain. The views were spectacular. Overall, we drove about 3.5 hours but with the stops it went quickly. At the end of our tour (and a break for a snack, Simon, as promised, had us back yo our cruise ship in time for some souvenir shopping, and to catch our ship. Could not rate this tour higher.

We booked the 1970 VW buggy tour as a group of friends and have an amazing experience. Spoke to Simon to make the arrangements and confirm the details of the tour. He was excellent with the communications from start to finish. Philippe and Simon picked us up from the hotel on time and in the buggies. Four of us headed out on the tour in two buggies plus Philippe out front in a separate buggy. The buggies are basic and easy to operate. The tour lasts for over 3 hours, first driving along the cost before heading in land and up into the mountains. There are a few stops for refreshments and to capture some amazing photos. Philippe was a great host and seems to know everyone on the island. After the tour we were dropped back to our hotel by Philippe and Simon as planned. We all had a fantastic excursion and I would recommend tour to everyone. It was a great day out and an amazing way to see the island.

I'm sure this was not just a coincidence, but rather their usual way of doing business. Efficient and fast booking process, very flexible in timing. But most importantly, an unbelievable experience. Our guide(s) Phil/Philip/Felipe/Filippo just rocks (and is a real rocker) in his role, knows every single curve on the 3-hrs experience, and knows every single person we passed by. Buggies in excellent shape for their nearly 50 years, strong 1600 ccm Käfer engines take you open-air back in time. And don't miss the best mango juice on the road at Casa Fernando. These guys are so eager to provide you best service possible, and they know how to do that very well (may even call you midnight to set up the last details for your next morning's ride.) And once you're done with this ride, you're almost ready to finish your holidays... Unless you also meet Simon who will arrange your Supercar experience on Friday, just mins away. You should not miss that one, too. Summary: Amazing
