Una experiencia única que tenemos que a agradecer a nuestro guía, Marc, que organizó la escapada hasta el mínimo detalle todo con precisión de tren de alta velocidad :D Estaba en el lugar acordado para la recogida y a la hora exacta, ni un minuto de retraso y tampoco no le importó esperar por nosotros (no es fácil madrugar un sábado). Nos sirvió no sólo de guía sino también de chófer durante todo el viaje. Perfecto como chófer (conducción sin sorpresas y, sobre todo, con cuidado, que le agradecemos especialmente porque tanto mi novia como yo nos mareamos en las carreteras con curvas, y evidentemente para esta salida había que coger unas cuantas. Marc condujo con especial consideración y detuvo el coche para que pudiéramos bajar a tomar aire siempre que lo necesitamos. Se lo agradecimos enormemente). La ruta de senderismo que organizó fue totalmente espectacular, con unas vistas que quitaban el aliento (no nos pasamos todo el día sacando fotos para no hacer demasiado el turista, pero tampoco hizo falta porque el paisaje era tan extraordinario que era imposible sacar una foto mala y pronto tuvimos todas las que necesitábamos :D) Nos llevó a una ermita sacada de una película de aventuras y por una camino en estado natural y tranquilo, pero sencillo y que permitía disfrutar del paseo y de las vistas. Una actividad perfecta para abrir el apetito. Después de la ruta, Marc nos llevó hasta la masía donde haríamos la cata de vinos y, antes de eso, la visita guiada a las instalaciones de la bodega y a los animales de la masía (alpacas y ovejas totalmente adorables). El día acompañaba con un sol radiante y no mucho calor, así que el entorno, idílico, y los animales, tranquilos, contribuyeron a crear una atmósfera muy relajante y bucólica. Todo excelente, muy recomendado para desconectar del ruido de la semana y reconectar con la vida y la naturaleza por unas horas. Tanto la visita a la bodega como la cata de vinos también fueron de diez. Los vinos de Can Marlés, de producción totalmente ecológica, eran espectaculares, los mejores que he probado en mucho tiempo. Ya están en nuestra lista de la compra para las ocasiones especiales. También nos pareció muy interesante la visita a la bodega y aprender sobre todo el proceso (¡laborioso!) de elaboración del vino. El día acabó con comida en una masía de la zona, reservada también por nuestro guía, que hace tiempo que conoce lo mejor de la zona. Pudimos disfrutar de lo mejor de la comida rural de la zona del Penedés, en cantidades de locura (mi pareja y yo pedimos un menú individual para compartir entre los dos, y aun así no logramos acabarlo :D) y todo para chuparse los dedos al acabar, con productos locales y con un sabor que sólo puede tener la huerta kilómetro cero. Comer aquellos calçots era como comer y respirar la tierra que nos rodeaba. Una vez más, le agradecemos a Marc toda su ayuda, que velara por cada detalle (llamó desde el coche para reconfirmar la reserva del restaurante al ver que quizá llegábamos tarde al restaurante, y durante la ruta nos tendía la mano cada vez que el camino se ponía un poco "incómodo"), etc.), que fuera flexible y pudiera responder a todas nuestras peticiones y, sobre todo, le agradecemos la excelente compañía y la agradable conversación. Un día totalmente inolvidable, y esperamos poder repetir pronto la experiencia.
