Very affordable, safe and reliable way of transport from the airport to the city. I highly recommend! We got it as a recommendation and used it twice when we visited Rome. Both times it was a good experience. In comparison to the train, it is a bit slower, but cost less. I recommend buying the tickets in advance via website or the app.

Fast, on time, great experience. Drivers are pretty fast so in around 35-40 minutes you will go from city center to airport.

We used Terravision to transfer from Fiumicino and back. The booking online was easy and convenient. This is the cheapest option to transfer from or to the airport. The trip is 30 minutes longer than the train but you get to see some of the city when the bus gets to Rome. The big advantage of the trip to the airport is that the bus dropped us off at the terminal on the departures level, just at the door.

This is the 2nd review I have written in respect of the same complaint. On leaving the coach at Rome Termini on 4th April my husband unfortunately left his backpack on the luggage rack. He didn’t realise until we got to our hotel so we went back but the staff had gone home. We went back the next morning & spoke to a female conductor who told us that no-one had handed the bag in. I asked if the driver normally checks the coach each day & she replied that he did. I told her that if he had actually checked the coach he would have found it. I said obviously if it hadn’t been handed in then it had been stolen. I e.mailed Terravision 5th April & received a standard reply saying they would contact me in 5-7 days. I was asked on 12th April to send photo of bag & proof of travel which I did the same day & up to now have not heard anything from them. I cannot fault the service in respect of ease of buying ticket & travel. My complaint is purely in respect of the driver of the coach.

Coach was on time. Staff courteous and actually got people to form a queue! Driver loaded luggage for us. Nice clean coach with good height for viewing outer and inner Rome. No drama and arrived on time. We booked at short notice using my phone before we boarded the flight, with quick and easy registering and email confirmation and pdf ticket to download, nothing to print, no faff, cost very little and was well worth it. Don't hesitate if you want to see a bit more of Rome in comfort.
