It was the best moment of our entire trip! Miguel was our driver and tour guide and he was very pleasant and patient plus such a good driver. We made a stop at olive oil tasting farm and it was wonderful. He even stopped in Zahara so we can capture beautiful scenery. Miguel gave us enough time to explore Ronda including cool spot below the bridge. We took a best picture ever. He also stopped at Antequera which was really pretty town with less tourists. He took us to the tower / ruins and explained more details. He was wonderful person and very kind. Thank you Miguel !

Carlos provided a comfortable and informative tour from Sevilla, to Ronda and then Granada. How did he know we loved literature. He shared history and contemporary stories alike.

Amazing service, booked frm Singapore on the comfort of my couch.Option to pay before or on actual day after the transfer.Opted for the latter so I can include some extras depending on experience. From the get go we were sent emails that reminds us of the coming dates n times chosen. Also the name n contact of driver picking us up. On the actual day both drivers were on time n dressed professionally in long sleeves white shirt n were most welcoming. Helping us with luggage n making sure we were seated comfortably. The drive was very smooth with careful consideration for our comfort. Opted for a side trip on the way to Seville to Setenil de Botegas n once again were drop us with clear instructions on how n where to pick us up. Most highly recommended. Both David A n Fernando V.R are both excellent.

Our driver, Alfonso, was very courteous, flexible, and a smooth driver. He arrived at our hotel by 8:00 am sharp. We made good time to Ronda and then to Granada. It was nice to arrive in Ronda slightly before the many tour buses arrived, as the city got quite crowded. We had about three hours in Ronda to explore, which was enough time for us. While you have the option of having a tour guide and additional stops on the way to Ronda, these have an extra cost and we did not book them. The transfer is much more expensive than moving between cities via train. However, my experience with the train system in Seville was that it was not the most reliable, so having the transfer eased some stress. Combining a visit to Ronda with a travel day had the benefit of allowing me to make the most of the limited time I had in Spain.

We had advised on 3 occasions that we had four pieces of luggage and needed suitable car to accommodate us, plus the luggage. A very small hatchback car arrived to pick us up for the transfer Despite the numerous prior emails and text messages advising the requirement of a larger car. The guide spoke to the provider at the pick up point and she said that was the only car available, so given our timeframe, we had no choice but to try and accommodate ourselves and the luggage in the vehicle Half of our luggage was in the backseat. With my partner in the front seat next to the driver, I had to share effectively one seat left in the back with the guide, I could not use a seatbelt and was extremely uncomfortable. Consequently, the journey was incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe. To make matters worse, the windows of the car were filthy, making it difficult for the driver & passengers to see clearly. After the driver went through the red light with a near miss with a large truck, my husband insisted that he personally clean the windows at our next the olive oil farm stop. After some sightseeing we finally made it to Granada with a long walk to our accommodation (with all our luggage) as the vehicle didn’t have permission to enter the old city. This situation is a clear demonstration of the provider, maximising her profit with little concern for the comfort and safety of her clients, not to mention the guide and the driver. A terrible experience .

Our transfer from Seville to Granada via Ronda with our driver/ guide Carlos was exceptional. Carlos was on time while we were a little late, but he was very clear that it was not a problem and waited for us to get ready. He made every effort to make sure that we were comfortable and our needs were taken care of on the drive during the day. In addition, he was thoughtful and generous, even buying us a coffee and a specialty in one of the white villages that we stopped in. Carlos was responsive to all of her questions providing us with a wealth of information about Spain, the region, and the history of the areas we visited. We never felt rushed, including at the end of the day when he was scheduled to return, making sure that all of our needs were met. Communications With Not Just a Tourist were clear with prompt responses to all our inquiries. We highly recommend the company and Carlos as a driver and guide.

Masha was very communicative reaching out via email after booking to confirm pickup and drop off locations. Carlos was our guide for the day and I can't say enough positive things about him. He picked us up promptly at the specified location in Seville. He brought us through Zahara (bonus stop) and to an old but still working olive oil factory (this is an add on you can chose and I would absolutely recommend it, one of the most interesting and authentic stops we had in all of Spain). He then drove us to Ronda and pointed out the main sites before sending us off to eat lunch on our own (with a few recommendations of course). We called him once finished our meal to continue our trip to Granada. Before dropping us off, he made recommendations of where to eat in Granada nearby since we were staying there a few days! His driving was excellent, and he achieved the perfect balance between engaging us when appropriate and also letting us rest when it was convenient. After days of flying and trains traveling through Spain, it was nice to be able to make this transport day fun! If you have the funds to take advantage of this, I would absolutely recommend it as the best way to transfer between the two cities. Thanks again to Carlos for a lovely day.

Alfonso was our driver from Sevilla to Granada, via Ronda and an olive oil tour and tasting. He was great at communicating before and was very punctual. He was also a lot of fun. I know a little Spanish and he knows a little English but with the help of Google translate we could converse and he pointed out sites along the way. We had a very pleasant drive in a comfortable car and it was great to see the countryside. The olive oil molino was very interesting and our tour was given by the owner.

We had an amazing day. One of our favorites of our Spain adventure. Carlos was super friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. It was a long day but we broke it up with breakfast (at a place Carlos knows in Zahara), olive oil tour, wine tasting and lunch, then on to Rhonda. Carlos dropped us in Granada and even waited for our airbnb host to arrive to make sure we got in ok. Overall top notch service. Thank you Carlos! I highly recommend Not Just a Tourist.
