PONCHO TOURS is horrible. Viator booked my tour with this company and they were uncommunicative, rude and abrupt. I had received my booking confirmation, my paid receipt and my current confirmation all from Viator.I also receive my texts with my voucher for the tour. However , when I showed up for the tour, they told me that Viator had cancelled me. They Said there was no English-speaking 11 AM to work and that they didn't have any extra tickets. And I could not come with them. They told me my problem was with Viator and to contact them directly. I immediately contacted Viator And they Advised that I was not cancelled and they would have reached out to the tour company. My daughter was also calling the tour company directly. The tour company was not picking up the phone for any of us or responding to emails. I even showed my confirmation voucher from eleven a m english tour to the tour guide and her manager at the Poncho tour company. I tried getting cathedral tickets or Alcazar tickets on my own but everything was sold out for several days. Viator did confirm that they never canceled anything and that it was the actual Poncho tour company. As a result of their confusion, mismanagement or cancelation without any notice to the customer.I was not able to see the Alcazar or cathedral on my once in a lifetime trip to Seville. Be very careful if your tour is through PONCHO TOURS.

Had a wonderful solo tour with Raffa, who was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. The skip the line was great.

Maria and Raul did a great job explaining history on the tour. We had someone on our tour group who had a slightly negative attitude and was very impatient and Raul stayed professional and made sure it didn’t ruin the experience for everyone else. We liked the story about the orange trees and were not there just for architecture!

Extremely knowledgeable guide Jaime, with a very good sense of humor to go along with his academic training in history.

Our guide, Sara, was brilliant. We were shown around all the key places, provided with a range of information and were able to ask as many questions as we wanted. We found Sara to be knowledgeable, fun and well balanced in her presentation of both facts and legends.

I took the both Alcazar and Cathedral tours early January, it is actually 2 separate tours and you take back to back, each tour only last about 45 mins. Our the tour guide was a young lady who provided very little content for Alcazar and Cathedral. Her voice was so quite and we couldn't even hear anything. One guy in our group complained to her and she moved the mic closer to her mouse but we were still not able to hear clearly. During the entire tour, she kept checking her watch and right at 45 mins mark, she finished. Many other tours around us provided much better info and longer tour.

An okay way to have a quick look at both sights. The tickets for Alcazar were sold out so this was one of the only ways I could see it. Guide was fine, liked to tell stories and legends vs. more facts. As others have said, it is rushed thru but you do get to see it! Only 15 minutes for the amazing gardens then you need to rush back for Cathedral portion and check in again! The cathedral you could stay after as long as you want. Mics worked fine and I could always hear.

If you take this your, please note this is actually two separate tours you take back to back. With this comes all of the joining of people , reissue of headsets, ambling from the tour office to the destination and questions repeated that you have already had 1st your. We took this thinking it would be efficient, it’s not and as tours go it was very poor. We started with the tour guide having an argument with the office, we didn’t enter the palace for another 20 mins, the guide’s English was difficult to understand, and when we went to the cathedral on the second tour, we didn’t actually get into the Cathedral for the first 20 mins again!! 40 mins of a 3 hour tour was onboarding and ambling to the location. A real shame as this was booked through Pancho tours and I expected more. Would not go with this tour company again
