Tour was spread into 3 parts with 1-2 hour breaks in between. Would have appreciated 2 yours together. Otherwise, tour guide was nice.

Cathedral was beautiful ! Needed more time for the gardens. Three tours back to back were too many! Had to rush thru last tour of the Jewish quarter.

Sevilla will never be the same for us thanks to Pablo he was very knowledgeable and at the same time very entertaining and has lots of stories to share.

We found the description of this tour somewhat misleading. While two of the three tour guides provided us with excellent information, our tour of the Santa Cruz area was disappointing. It was not clear to us that these were three separate tours, with significant breaks in between. In addition, the information as to where we were to meet for the first tour was also unclear - spelling out the names of the tours, rather than using abbreviations would have been helpful. We wasted a lot of time going back and forth between meetings points and missed about 20 minutes of our tour of Alcazar. Two of the three guides were very good. Our tour of the Santa Cruz quarter was disappointing. It occurred later in the day, and even though we questioned whether it would be past sundown, we were told not to worry about it. A good portion of the tour took place in the dark.

Lina took us around the main spots in the city center. She was knowledgeable and good fun. She kept spirits high in spite of the endless rain!

Today I took the free walking tour through the beautiful city of Sevilla. The tour, given by Lina, was great. A lot of the history of the city was explained during the 2 hours in a simple yet straight to the point way. And the guide was very enthusiastic about the topic, which made it more engaging for the tourists and much more interesting. Thanks again for the tour Lina! - Ricardo from Puerto Rico

We had assumed this was one single tour from start to finish, however, it was treated by Pancho Tours as 3 separate tours with different start times and different guides for each part. The Jewish Quarter was led by Pablo and he did a very good job and was very knowledgeable. He brought us back to the meeting point for the tour of the Cathedral. I believe our guide was named Ramon and he also was very knowledgeable although some times his English was a little hard to understand. We got back to the meeting point for the 3rd part about 15 minutes early. Ramon wasn't sure whether we were supposed to go at 3 or 4 but we waited till 3 to make sure we didn't miss anyone. Ramon tried to call his colleagues and got no answer. So, on the off chance that we were supposed to meet at 4 instead of 3, we went and got a bite to eat and came back at 4. Still no sign of Pancho tours so went into the Alcazar and paid for audio guides to take us through. We complained later and Pancho Tours claimed we were no shows and refused to compensate us for the 3rd part of the tour and the cost of the Audio guides. While we had used Pancho Tours before we will think carefully about using them again.

Lina was incredibly knowledgeable and funny. Throughout our tour she broke down the history of Seville and included fun local myths. The tour is long but gives a great layout of the major sites, as well as a good background for what you are seeing. Lina's English is great, she speaks quickly, but is easy to follow. I highly recommend a tour with her!
