Paul was a fantastic tour guide, his tour was so informative and interesting, his knowledge on the history of biarritz and basque was amazing, it was our first time in biarritz and knew nothing of its history, Paul certainly gave us such insights into the city, surrounding area and culture, definitely worth doing.

Paul was very nice and professional - due to the recent quarantine and travel disruptions I was the only one who showed up, but nevertheless he was a great sport and went on with the excursion, as planned. He is very friendly and energetic. Totally recommended!

Had a private walking tour of Biarritz with Paul, the guide. I got lucky as it’s low season and a group of 4 moved the tour to the afternoon. Paul is fantastic. Native of the area, he knows all the history of the place. He made the tour engaging and entertaining and he was willing to answer my 1000 questions. I now love the city of Biarritz even more. He also suggested a few restaurants. I ended up going twice to one of his recommendations (La Cabane à Huitres, simple, delicious and great value!). I highly recommend Paul as a tour guide! And his English is great!

Paul is a lovely guy, so active, a native of Biarritz and Pays Basque. For Biarritz this tour is a must-do but you can also order from him many other tours around the Basque country (both France and Spain!)

Zimbim

Paul weaved his Basque heritage with a concise historical trip of Biarritz history...from a whaling village to a G-7 host city with interesting historical facts, family pride and enthusiasm. Don’t miss this. Eskerrik Asker Paul!
