Everything about this trip was an inaccurate disaster. First, we were told we would be picked up at 7:00 pm for a four-hour tour on an incredibly long, pretty luxury looking bus. We were sent a picture of the bus. We waited until like 7:40 pm, and that bus never showed. Finally, another woman said the driver on her bus was waiting for people, and I should check his list. They had a name that sounded like it might be mine, so we checked in. I was also irritated because of the delay and different bus, but then the tour was not four hours (it was shy of three), did not cover the locations identified, and did not afford times we were to get at each location. For example, we were supposed to have 40 minutes at the Lincoln Memorial. We got 15 MAX, and time was shaved off of every stop. We were supposed to stop at the Jefferson Memorial. We didn’t. Instead, the driver had us shoot photos across the water at it. When you pay for something, you expect it to be as advertised in all the particulars. In addition, the whole operation was not well run. They had no method for accounting for the people on the bus. so at one point we sat for literally 20 minutes only to have the driver say, “When the lady in the first row returns, we’ll go,” to which she said, “I’m sitting right here.” She had been the entire time, and he goes, “I can’t see behind me.” Seriously? In addition, our tour guide was not good for a variety of reasons. First, toward the very end of the tour, it was getting really cold, and he was driving with the door open and window down, even though he wasn’t narrating anything at the time. I kept wondering if he realized they were open. Then when he would stop so we could look at something from inside the bus, he would turn on the lights, which made it difficult to see what he was talking about. (I mean, don’t we all know that if you want to see something in a dark yard, you don’t turn on your house lights?!?) We also made contact with another vehicle, and I think it may have been because we cut somebody off during a lane change, resulting in the need to file a police report with WH Secret Service. The tour guide also just sounded unrehearsed because he kept concluding almost every sentence with “ok?” or “alright!” I understand somebody people who do public speaking have certain verbal tics, and how it affects people may vary, but my group of four found it irritating. Needless to say, I reached out to the operator, and I asked him for a refund, which he refused to give. The whole experience felt sort of bait and switch, as if they couldn’t provide what we had paid for so they just rolled us into a totally different tour. I know this was the case actually because I provided my name when I booked with Viator, so how did this tour operator get the wrong name for me? Because he called and gave it over the phone. In sum, book with somebody else. There are many of these tours.

I paid for a tour Washington DC moonlight tour .I was supposed to be emailed a ticket. Never got the emailed ticket. Called the day before and was told as long as I had the booking reference number I would be ok. The day of the tour no one showed up at the hotel to pick us up. I called to inquire about the tour and the same person that told me it was ok with the booking reference number said the tour had started and I said I was coming somewhere t o get the ticket. The guy lied and then I request to have my 88.00 refund and as of today I have not gotten my money back. This is a scam and do not spend your money for something bogus as this. They lie and tell you one thing and does something else. The email I got clearly stated that I could download my ticket or it would be emailed to me. Never did it tell me to go anywhere and pick up a ticket. If I would have known that from the beginning I would NEVER have paid for such a tour. Just give me my money back, I will never do business with this company and I am telling everyone about this experience

This was our first tour in DC & the bus did not turn up. After expensive phone calls (charged £8) as from UK, a coach arrived & the driver took us on our own round the main sights. He was v apologetic but not worth the money paid

Lighted monuments, White House at nite. We also got picked up at our hotel. We didn't need to uber. He gave us enough time to walk around each stop.

Awesome tour!!! Best value for your money for sure! If it’s your first time in DC and you want to go to all the major attractions, take this tour! They picked us up from a location we picked and dropped us off there too. Our driver Esaias, was amazing. We also had an awesome and expert (very knowledgeable) tour guide Mr. James - we learned a whole lot from him!!! Touring these attractions can be a lot of walking but they brought us as close to these places as possible. Mr. James guided us there and we were able to explore each place, take pictures and then go back to the vehicle. Mr. James and Esaias made sure we were comfortable, they provided water and even made sure we had bathroom breaks! It made our DC trip such a wonderful experience…would highly recommend them!!!
