The tour was a very good plan to see Vienna in a fast and dinamic way. The guide made the tour very fun and interesting. The city is very flat so it is perfect to visit it by bike.

Fritz was an excellent guide, a fountain of knowledge and humor making this tour to an exceptional experience showing us the beauty od this great city. Always friendly and charming. With one word: alltogether great!!

This was not a positive experience. Make sure on a city bike tour it is a small group because a larger group is difficult to keep together at traffic lights and to hear the guide. She was asked several times to speak up by guests but did not. It was raining slightly so we had hoods on so it did make hearing a little harder. When there was 40 minutes left of our 3 hour tour my daughter's bike tire went flat. The guide did not have a pump or spare inner tube. She called the owner of the tour company and I was told my daughter would get a refund but I would not since I was electing to not continue the tour and my bike was fine. They just had us leave bikes at the bike rack on the side of the street and left us to continue the tour. No concern for how we were getting back to the shop where we started or offering help to get us to the underground station. They expected me to continue and leave my daughter to apparently find her own way back to the bike shop in a foreign country with all German signage. This was obviously not an option since although she is not a child we would not consider splitting up. I would select a different tour company with more prepared guides and better owner policy in the event of a problem.

This is an excellent way to see the City . Our tour guide Fritz was friendly approachable and extremely knowledgeable. It is advisable if possible to do this trip at the beginning of your holiday so that you can use the trip to plan your future activities.

The Vienna bike tour was absolutely amazing. We covered so much ground, learned the perfect amount of history along the way, and felt like we really got to know the city during our quick 36 hour trip. Our guide mixed humor with historical facts and provided a safe guidance through the city. We were very impressed at how much ground we covered and how thorough the tour was — including a stop for drinks along the route! Was well worth it and highly recommended to anyone visiting Vienna.

It was fun and a great way to get to know the city. Our guide was knowledgeable and respectful of everyones riding abilities. But it was a little bit too long at 3 hrs 30, and, as it was advertised as a 3 hr tour, we couldn't make it on time to our next event. We were also led without any prior knowledge to a cafe for a mid-tour break where there were no other options nearby to purchase food/drink. We had already purchased our substandard coffees before we were told they only accept cash, which we did not have on us, and had to therefore rely on the kindness of another tour participant to cover our bill, which was embarrassing to us.
