If the boat trip as part of Tour III is not possible due to weather conditions or technical problems, the organizer reserves the right to carry out Tour III entirely with the London double-decker bus or to cancel it entirely. If Tour III is carried out exclusively with the London double-decker bus, a price reduction or cancellation is not possible.

After arrival at the Hellbrunn jetty our London double decker bus will take you (a five-minute drive) to the enchanting Baroque Palace Hellbrunn. There, you will have an exclusive admission to the world-renowned trick water fountains. After the guided tour you will have time to visit the beautiful rooms in Hellbrunn Palace with an audio-guide. Also the Gazebo from the world famous movie "Sound of Music" can be visited in the gardens there. I waited in a long line to get my voucher. Others in front of me were turned away from this sold out event. However, because I had purchased through Viator, my ticket was waiting. And I wound up getting a boat ride, a ride on a London double decker bus and a tour through the Trick Fountains of Salzburg - a must-see and unexpected treat!! Viator is always the best and most reliable way to travel wherever in the world I go.

I really enjoyed the boat ride down the river. The seats were comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. The views from the ship were amazing. The palace was incredible. The “Trick Fountains” were a lot of fun. My only regrets is we didn’t have enough time at the palace. We saw the fountains, but didn’t have time to see the inside of the palace. Another hour at the palace would have given us more time to see the everything we wanted to see. The ride back to Salzburg in a London double decker bus was fun.

We visited beautiful Salzburg last month. The visit to the palace was enjoyable, especially to young children with lots of hidden fountains. <p>this was a lovely trip and the trick fountains definitely worth the visit. I have enjoyed all my Viator trips, but this one was slightly disorganised. The bus driver took us from the boat to the Palace gardens, but did not tell us when to meet or what the procedure was for getting into the trick fountains. he might have said it in German, but not English. we followed the crowd and it worked out fine. A good tour, but with a little bit more information about logistics in English. it was an English/German tour. The guide in the fountains was excellent also.</p>

<p>Beautiful day for a river cruise! We departed on time for the trip to Hellbrunn Palace. The Captain pointed out some note worth buildings,<br/> and sadly the cruise ended too soon. We disembarked to Hellbrunn Oakace...well actually the bus to the Palace. And here's where I<br/> disagree with the tour. Why do tour guides have to run every where? Well maybe not exactly run, but sprint to the bus. Okay so my husband and I aren't exactly youngsters, but trying to keep up with the tour guide was exhausting, especially in the heat. Wear good shoes. The tour of the Palace was amazing....lots of surprises at the Wasserspiele, and our guide was really nice. The architect of the Wasserspiel must have had some sense of humor, or was really a kind at heart. The tour was fun and there was time to spend on our own. Nice bus ride back to Salzburg, too! Thanks, guys!</p>
