This was my favorite! It was so much fun and the instructors were awesome! They were informative and made the class extremely entertaining.

Very disappointing, that I paid for 3 people including my two children, well in advance. The meeting place you provided in the confirmation mail is inaccurate as there was no one there and doors are closed. We went around to the main entrance of the museum and found no one at the entrance, even though it was already past noon (have photo proof). Then one of your colleagues arrived and she refused to let us in to the event!!! She asked for the confirmation mail, which I showed her. Then she asked for the payment confirmation, which I also showed her. Then she told me I only paid for the museum tour and we can not go in. She told me she needs to check as the computer is not working, which is BS as the family of 5 in front of us were let in even though the lady had no proof of payment as she said a friend paid for her. As for us, I have shown her all 3 confirmation emails I received (payment, welcome message and the confirmation), yet she decided she does not let us in. She talked to a lady and gave me the phone. I then talked to that lady (seemingly her boss) and explained our booking. She told me it is ok and I shall give the phone back to the receptionist, but the receptionist refused to talk to her stating she now has other customers. She made us wait a further 7 minutes and by the time we were sent in it was 22 past noon and the workshop already started! It is disgraceful what you have done. We organised our day in Vienna around this event, which cuts the day exactly in two (starting at noon) and you denied access even though we paid and confirmed our payment to your staff. You should be ashamed to do this to children. Most probably you have none. I bet you did that as your group of maximum 10 was already full. You must have overbooked and decided the best way to make more money is to mess with some kids. Who cares... Besides, you have told me

It did not worth the price, the instructor did not say anything about the history of chocolate and was not nice at all. They were is hurry and didn’t show anything. I would not go again.

This was a fun activity but not quite what I expected. Reading the booking information I hoped the activity would follow was they stated - first we would learn about chocolate and its history, then make some bars and hot chocolate. However we were not told anything about the history of chocolate, instead we just picked some toppings and placed them on the chocolate (which was filled for us) and then we made hot chocolate, this was slightly better as the lady described the process a little more. We then collected our chocolate bars and finished. It felt slightly rushed and not really that interested. The mix of group included non English speaking people and children (one that cried a lot at the start). It was nice to do and all that, but nothing special really - they must do the same thing over and over again therefore their enthusiasm for it has gone!

Sehr schade... Aber das Geld definitiv nicht wert!

We had a wonderful experience at the chocolate museum! Plenty of samples and things to try. We just had the best time and she was so sweet and sincere! I liked all the interaction for the kids to be able to choose topping and create new combinations. They also really loved getting to make their own hot chocolate with the ancient tool. The museum was a bit cheesy, but informative. Lots of good photo ops! Would definitely recommend!
