It was a good break with tired children. Person at reception was very kind and helpful. Loved the pool.

This spa is not worth the hefty price tag. We got the couple’s day pass which included ‚pralines‘ and a cocktail. We could not choose the cocktail and the pralines were cheap supermarket chocolates. The staff at the spa reception took about 5 minutes to even look up and acknowledge us. The bathrobe I got was ripped and was not folded but pretty much tossed over the counter. The pool was not very warm and the poolside didn’t get cleaned while we were there. Imagine used wet napkins on the tables… The final straw was when the family of 4 arrived. The father and sons were super loud in the pool while the mom cleaned her toenails poolside. At least the massage was good.

Wir waren vor ein paar Tagen im „The Golden Tree Day Spa“ und sind sehr enttäuscht! Wir haben die Recommended Card gebucht mit einer Massage (Massage war gut, der einzige Plus Punkt) den Cocktail konnten wir leider nicht in Anspruch nehmen da die Eiswürfelmaschine defekt war, ein alkoholfreies Getränk konnte uns leider auch nicht angeboten werden bzw. wollte uns nicht angeboten werden! (lt. Homepage bei Buchung der Recommended Card inklusive: „ein erfrischendes Getränk, wie zum Beispiel unser exklusiver "The Original - Golden Tree Miami Beach Cocktail" oder ein alkoholfreies Getränk Ihrer Wahl.“). Wir haben volles Verständnis wenn etwas defekt ist und hätten gerne das alkoholfreie Getränk in Anspruch genommen…ist aber laut der „netten“ Dame am Empfang nicht möglich gewesen da das alkoholfreie Getränk Ihrer Wahl auch Eiswürfel beinhaltet (für uns nicht nachvollziehbar da der Getränke Kühlschrank voll war mit cola etc. und wir auch ein Getränk ohne Eiswürfel genommen hätten). Uns konnte nur etwas alkoholisches Angeboten werden…etwas schwierig wenn man keinen Alkohol trinkt! Auch, dass auf der Homepage mit Yoga & Pilates geworben wird, jedoch nicht angeboten wird finden wir nicht in Ordnung! Der ganze Spa Bereich wirkt eher kalt als einladend und durch die immer wieder unangenehme lauten Geräusche war eine Entspannung nicht möglich, wirklich sehr schade! Die Anzahl der Liegen ist sehr begrenzt…und im Pool waren wir leider auch nicht da das Wasser zu kalt war. Dazu kommt noch, dass die Sanitäranlagen teilweise defekt waren. Enttäuschend war auch das fehlende Teeangebot! Unser Fazit: Kundenservice wird hier nicht sehr groß geschrieben bzw ist nicht vorhanden! Für diesen Preis ist dieser „Spa Day“ auf jeden Fall nicht weiterzuempfehlen und eine absolute Enttäuschung!

Ich habe vor kurzem den Spa Bereich in dem Marriott Hotel besucht, da ich an sich viel von der Marriott Hotelkette halte aber diese Spa Besuch war alles andere als entspannt: Beim Eingang wurde mir gesagt, dass es einiges los sei in der Spa aber es ist Platz da wenn nicht am Pool, dann hinten in der Spa da sich die Leute hin und her bewegen. In Wahrheit war der ganze Spa Bereich komplett überfüllt -> Leute saßen zu 3 oder zu 4 auf 2 Liegen, in der Sauna waren mehr als 10 Leute drinnen, die komplett auf einander saßen aber die Dampfsauna war wegen Corona geschlossen. Nach einer Beschwerde beim Kollegen der uns auch empfangen hat und unser Geld kassiert hat, kam da drauf nur "Ich kann leider nichts für Sie machen. Sie können gerne gehen". Da fühlt man sich als Kunde nur verarscht. Und wie waren nicht die einzigen denen es so erging. Es waren mehrere Gäste, die sich über die überfüllte Spa beschwert haben, da man ja nichts machen konnte weder am Pool liegen, noch in der Spa sein. Und dann so eine Antwort zu bekommen, ist alles anderen als netter Kundenservice. Ich würde niemandem raten dorthin zu gehen. Denn auch für den Tagespass von 35 EUR ist es leider einfach nicht wert.

Ich war erst letzet Woche im The Golden Tree und bin von Ambiente begeistert. Das SPA verfügt über einen schönen Pool, ein modernes Fitness und alles was dazugehört.
