The concert and related check in process on 1st of Jan was great. Suggest improving information provided in advance as in the original message it wasn't clear where exactly to go for exchanging voucher with ticket.

It was an absolutely amazing experience. The music and dancing was fabulous and the building was stunning. We ddcided to go to an opera when we were in Vienna and could not have been happier with what we chose.

For starters, there were no directions ever forwarded for the venue where the concert was to take place. When we called, we were given directions, but only after multiple attempts to reach someone. If you’re looking for a “taste of Vienna“, a cultural sampling without any authentic resonance, you should put this on your list. Hoky comedic interludes were interspersed between snippets of music played by an ensemble, a tiny bit of ballet performed for a few minutes, and a truly wonderful pairing of voices singing some opera. If you really want to see opera, go to the opera house. If you seriously want to see ballet, go to the ballet. If you truly want to hear music, seek out a full piece orchestra.

It was a wonderful concert, celebrating the Straus family and the Vienna's musical tradition. We arrived early and had magnificent seats. Proximity to the orchestra added so much to our experience.

A great evening, much more than expected. Not only a symphony but some opera as well. The drum musician’s humorous acts was delightful. We left, even a bit late in the evening with, with appreciative memories.

What a great evening and a must when you are going to be in Vienna. The musicians, singers and dancers were extraordinary. The melodies of the classical music were known but only by recording in the past. It was great be be here and experience it live.

Not the venue showed in the website, not as luxurious, it felt like a scam. Very complicated to redeem the tickets. Didn’t had an specific seat, you have to get very early, otherwise you end up at the back of the venue.

We were sold the tickets for this experience by an agent who was in fancy dress, hanging out by Hofburg Palace. He was an official agent/salesperson and very plausible. He guaranteed that we would be looking for him the next day to bring him cake as an expression of gratitude. If I had time, I would have looked for him but not to give him cake! The audience was mainly angry old American tourists who came in on coaches. The venue was nothing better than a school hall. The ‘orchestra’ were akin to an amateur bunch of friends having a laugh and the programme was a hitch pitch of ‘classics’ strung together in an attempt to offer the Viennese experience. It was a truly terrible almost comical experience. We left after 30 minutes.

The website nor tickets gave the location of the concert and phone help wasnt answered. We walked an extra mile in good clothes to concert hall, had to eat in a bar, and only fou d out the location feom a salesman on the street. Viator was the worst experience!!!

IT was great both the classic music as well as the gimmicks too. Great performance of both the orchestra as the dancers and singers
