Very interesting tour which appeals to both young and old with detailed factual accounts of the grim days within the walls of the famous Boggo Road jail.

We did the gaoler your but next time I'd do the inmate tour. The place is essentially how it looked when they closed it down. The idea that this place and these conditions lasted as late as they did is a disgrace. The tour and exhibits are really good and strongly recommended. I went with our youngest and he thought it was great!

We had kim as a guide, who was just outstanding. We were visiting as we actually had relatives many years ago, who served some time here - dont worry it was for a minor crime only! So was really interesting to get some background.

So glad we did this tour. Kim did an amazing job of making it all come alive. Filling us in on all the interesting stories of characters who had stayed there. We are listening to podcasts now to continue this macabre journey.

From the time we were locked in to the time we were released. The tour guide was very passionate about the history and was very clear, distinct and made the Gaol come alive again. (Sorry but cannot remember the name but think it was Kim) Thank you for retaining and sharing a piece of Brisbane history.

We found this tour of Boggo Road jail very interesting and informative. It was great to see the gaol from the inside and hear the stories of some of the inmates and their predicaments. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic time on the tour. I went with my husband and two sons (10yo and 5yo). The boys loved going into the cells and the exercise yard. The tour guide was very information and accomodating of all the questions, including those from the kids. There was plenty of time to have a look around on our own as well.
