Polite and friendly driver Greg, rang me before to tell me he may be struggling to arrive on time, as had a number of pickups but still arrived in the timeframe! Was courteous and helpful. Booked the bus for one hour earlier than reccommended to be sure of arriving on tiime but trip only took 40 mins all up.

I was scheduled to be met by the shuttle at between 4:00am & 4:20am. The shuttle bus arrived just after 4:00am & the driver was courteous and professional. He helped me with my luggage and got me safely to the airport in a timely manner. Great experience with no stress. Thank you.

I can not even give this company one star. They didn’t even have a shuttle for us when we arrived in Brisbane and weren’t even willing to help us out. We all had to split up and get Ubers. When departing I contacted them to confirm departure details and they could not give us a shuttle for the time we needed. Then when I asked to cancel they told us we would lose money in admin fees. I have yet to get any refunds from both bookings which is around $500. I have had no replies to my refund requests. I will be taking this matter further.

The shuttle service was excellent. We were due to be picked up at 5.10am but our flight was delayed by three hours so when I called the service at 4.30am, I received great help and the rescheduling to a later time was no problem. The price is worth it compared to the extremely long train and taxi ride we had to take to get to the Gold Coast upon our arrival

We have been regular users of the Con-X-Ion transfer shuttle for transport from and to Brisbane airport for several years. The vehicles are always clean and the drivers are always friendly and helpful, including Michael who was our driver for this trip. The admin staff are also really helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. We look forward to using Con-X-Ion again on our next visit to Brisbane.

Driver was nice, vehicle was clean, tidy and comfortable. I slept probably half the journey and felt comfortable doing so. We got to the airport slightly before the expected time which was great. Next time I'm travelling to/from Brisbane or the Gold Coast I'll be using their service
