The tour is well worth the money. A great morning for kids. The tour is a self guided and had a lot of hands on activities for young and old. Free chocolate samples, make your own chocolate shapes. The cafe has robots which is cool for the kids too

went long weekend in march ... bought milkshakes for the kids and returned them..instead of icy cold they were warm...not pleasant on a hot day...didnt do the tour too expensive....bought some chocolate..just ok and over priced...would not reccomend...better chocolate factories around

Such a pleasant surprise. I can't believe it has low reviews. We went on a busy day (Aus Day Long Weekend) but it added to the atmosphere. Line was out the door but we still only waited 10 minutes. Some bits were a tad bottlenecked but still totally manageable and didn't have to wait too long. The whole tour is interactive. There's only like one or two sections where you just read or observed. We went with our 4 year old and my unenthusiastic husband who also said it exceeded his expectations. Chocolate bar included in tickets, plus tokens to play games, free chocolate game and then of course chocolate at the shop at the end. Lovely customer service. Chocolate was decent enough that we bought some products at the end.

We went on a wet Saturday afternoon, it was busy but had a great atmosphere. We were able to participate in all the displays and everyone had a great time.

The weather was terrible so we stopped in to the chocolate factory while waiting for the rain to clear. We did the tour which took us about an hour to get round). Our 3 year old daughter enjoyed the Penguins who gave samples & trying out the machines throughout the tour though the biggest hit was the train in the entrance - she loved it. The arcade games were a fun challenge for the adults.

This was a pretty cool experience. The tour you do through the chocolate factory has lots of really cool things to see and do, and it was actually a lot more fun than I expected. It's great for all ages and definitely worth a stop by.

The tour is fun, lots of stuff to engage kids too and tasters! The Cafe though, such a disappointment. The only reason people are in there is due to the robots (which are awesome), but the menu is a big let down. I would have bought a meal, but nearly everything was fried and looked poor quality. The staff were lovely, but you really need a proper menu and to make over the sterile seating area. So much untapped potential from an otherwise great experience!

Just visited the cafe and retail outlet this time around. Great quality chocolates, which made for the perfect souvenir for family and friends back home. Then enjoyed an amazing hot chocolate in the cafe, with some Rocky Road purchased from the store earlier. I look forward to checking out Panny's Amazing World of Chocolate next time.

The Chocolate Factory is situated on the road into Phillip Island. The range of chocolate is amazing. You can help yourself or go on a tour. It's a true chocolate experience. By the way, the hot chocolate is delicious, and it may be delivered by a robot waiter. It's a chocolate experience that you're unlikely to forget.

Very disappointing . We decided not to pay to do the tour as we heard others complaining it was a waste of money . On the day we went ( Thursday) the shop was poorly stocked and very expensive . It was late morning & the cafe was quiet but was pricey so we ended up just buying ice creams which were good . We only stayed for about 10 minutes . Not worth making a special trip for
