Zero stars for zero service & zero apologies. Did not turn up... didn't contact me to let me know & didn't even apologise when I phoned. Had to catch a taxi in the end. Guy at the airport said they do this all the time.

Booked this as an efficient, hassle free way to get from the airport to our hotel. They even said in the description “Avoid the hassle of waiting in long taxi lines” - it would’ve been faster to wait in a long taxi line. Our plane landed at 2.15pm, had our bags and over to the shuttle pick up point by 2.25pm, shuttle did not depart until 3.25pm. All cos we were waiting on one other party. I heard other people commenting as well that they couldn’t believe we had landed over an hour ago and still hadn’t left. They shouldn’t be this disorganised and if one party is late, then they should send a different shuttle for them. Very poor to make travellers wait this long for a pre booked shuttle. I even saw a taxi and wanted to get off the shuttle to get it but they had already charged us, we were outside the cancelation policy and our luggage had been packed in the shuttle trailer. Such a poor experience, waste of our time and not a nice way to kick off our holiday. We’ll be getting a taxi to the airport when we depart.
