PAID $100 for 4 people ($25 each) did not receive any meats at all Having been to several other cheese tastings - the plate of crackers and bits of bread and 5 bites of cheese - it was a serving for 2 rather than 4. VERY EXPENSIVE for a very tiny cheese plate with no meat

Cheese boards and explained talks was wonderful 6 awesome friends (women) bought quite a few cheeses

well i know things are expensive, but no one needs to get rich on one plate. to much , to little and left wanting. the place needs to balance what i can buy as opposed to what i have to pay here.

Horrible customer service Perhaps the staff could learn a thing or two from the staff at hunter belle cheese shop just down the road. Don't waste your money here!

Excellent cheese tasting experience with Blake. His knowledge, friendliness and efficiency are outstanding.

Amazing experience. Had some incredible cheeses, and in such a great tasting. Would much rather do my tastings like this. Pay a set amount, get full size portions per person, each cheese is matched with a cracker or bread and a side like an olive or chutney, with breads, olives and vinegars to dip. All served on a board and explained when they're delivered, then left to it while we enjoy it outside. Then we took some cheese, crackers, oil and balsamic home so we could do it again at home. I'd happily do it again and would highly recommend it!

We were seated immediately upon arriving and got our cheese tasting plates shortly after. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we loved the cheeses we were given to try.

Quick to be seated. The place is large and little atmosphere. The cheese presenter were very nice and knowledgeable however the type of cheese presented were not at all impressive.

I've booked with Viator before & ive been to the cheese factory as well. But this time, the entire experience (with my whole family) was ruined just bec (we were told) the booking was never forwarded to them (& they could have handled it better too)... what's worse, I've booked 4 adults & 2 kids, not realising I was only charged 4 & so they prepared only 4 for 6 people! What a terrible experience for the kids :(

The cheese tasted quite average and was served on stale crackers. We were only offered a brief explanation of the cheeses, and weren't offered the opportunity to learn more.
