The crew looked and behaved like they were intoxicated and the ship was cold and unwelcoming. Be warned, you will be trapped for hours. Heritage does not mean rough looking staff and a badly maintained ship.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Tall ship, dinner drinks and Vivid! The food was great and the chocolate brownie was the best! The staff were lovely and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this experience.

Was very happy with the hole experience the staff where very friendly and so happy to help. We couldn’t believe we were on a 100 year old vessel very clean and well kept.

The harbour lights. The beautiful old ship. Great weather conditions. Good food. However, the ship was overcrowded, with poor dining facilities. No facilities for disabled, elderly or children.

Vivid Sydney itself was pretty but 90mins was a tad too long and we sailed to some uninteresting parts, including unlit portions of the habour. Commentary was provided only at the start of the tour, even though we passed by many landmarks. Boat seem overbooked with not enough seats (and blankets) to go around. Food was average and also since it was a buffet, portions was either too small or those in the front might have piled their plates. Kids were bored and cold as you had stayed on the exposed deck throughout.

Were very much looking forward to our cruise and walked away totally let down. First of all one person checking in 80 people is ridiculous. To leave people standing on the wharf for 20 minutes is not a good start. Secondly to then squeeze 80 people onto a boat that should really hold 40 at most to make it comfortable for all was strike two. Thirdly, to have both toilets stop working and have no back up plan is not good enough. (Lucky I wasn’t the pregnant lady who was desperate to use the bathroom). We can’t comment on the meal as we didn’t feel like lining up for 15-20 minutes down one side of the boat as 80 people were served one at a time. Also no commentary at all for those unfamiliar with the harbour. Numerous boats going past with music and/or commentary. This could be a great experience with a few changes but from our experience we couldn’t or wouldn’t recommend to anyone. You would be better off getting the same view from the ferries for one tenth the price.

Its an old style ship...We felt a bit like Pirates! There were kids climbing up the mast. It was a very cold night but blankets were offered to help. The views of vivid were amazing. Food however was not too great...I fact we missed out completely as others piled up their plates as it was self serve.. so that was disappointing as it wasn't that cheap to not get food at all.
