I would not recommend the Brussel part . We basically road around on the bus and we got out twice to take a picture. This tour did not follow the write up Viator supplied on what to expect! It is the first time I was very disappointed in a. Viator tour. Antwerp was better as it was a walking tour . However there were over 20 on the tour. I asked the guide why we were not using the individual listening devices and she said she had a loud voice which she did not. It also did not follow what was expected on Viator site.

The information provided was very good. The guide was translating in three languages first half of the day then two people did not continue so only in two languages. She did a good job in having to do this. Antwerp was intersecting the cathedral was very nice to go to and free time was good Prefer in future to do English only tour

Prem_K

It was a full day tour and plenty of walking. Worth every bit! Stefan our tour guide provided a detailed outlook of the rich history & background, very knowledgeable. Covered lot of basis in the Brussels city prior to heading out to Antwerp that allows to explore landmarks in detail later, to suit specific interests & needs. Plenty of walking in Antwerp. Suggest carrying enough water to stay hydrated. Enjoyed the experience & would highly recommend.

Superb experience with Guide Jasmine. She was just amazing with her level of energy in explaining in English and French at the same time.

KristenTorresToro

Jasmine is an incredible guide, very knowledgeable and the fact that she does the tour in 4-5 languages is incredible!

Karen_T

Enjoyed both tours for the most part, however; the only diamonds we saw in Antwerp were through the bus window. If you are taking this tour for the diamonds try a different one

Cynch

Jasmine our tour guide is very knowledgeable and able to maintain our attention fully and covered a lot in the 5 hours tour of Antwerp plus the morning Brussels city tour. She is very fluent in several languages and is able to switch readily from one language to another!

Janis_P

No diamonds in this tour. Gide Jasmin is Ok, gide Frank look's like old drunk man. It is necessary moore time for siteseeIng from new red tower near by port - 20 minutes are not enough.

The sightseeing tour was good, and the guide was very nice, however we weren’t informed that the time in between the two trips was just 15 minutes, and so therefore only had time to have buy a snack in between the trips, after which there was no time till 1830 to get a proper meal. The guide for Antwerp kept smoking cigarettes and this is something you need to mindful of in case there were asthmatics.

Got a lot of information on Brussels on the tour but bus tour part is just a drive not a true tour. You only see the sites out a window. Antwerp tour was very good. In Antwerp you are off the bus for most of the time. We had two stops after we were back on the bus and they were great. Going to top of building and being able to see 360* view of Antwerp and then stop at Centraal Station were real highlights. You must see the Centraal Station.
