Collect the information
If you find a product cheaper elsewhere, simply gather together any proof including screenshots and a live url demonstrating the cheaper price.

Send it to Evendo
Simply send your evidence to Evendo at bookings@evendo.com along with a url of the Evendo product you are price matching against.

Review and match
Our team at Evendo will review the evidence and if there is a valid claim we will simply refund the difference post booking.

Who is eligable to claim through Evendo's Best Price Guarentee?
A refund claim will be provided to any customer who has purchased a product through Evendo and who has been though a successful claims process.
What do I need to provide Evendo in order to make a claim?
We require a full screenshot of the product you found elsewhere clearly displaying the cheaper price. We also require a live url where we can see in real time the lower price demonstrated.
What do you mean by a cheaper price?
A cheaper price found elsewhere cannot be as a result of a discount for example from a voucher, deal or memberhsip. it has to be a price which is also bookable today (we cannot price match against prices for products which are no longer available)
Are there any other rules when determining a cheaper price?
The cheaper product must also have the same cancellation policies and conditions. The cheaper price must also match the exact date and time of the price checked on Evendo.
What does Evendo do when I email in the evidence?
We have a lovely team at Evendo who will look into your claim. Evendo reserves the right to verify details of the lower price where possible and all refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Evendo.
What happens if my claim is approved?
Evendo will refund you the difference between your booking and the cheaper price found elsewhere. The refund will occur after the date of the booking and may take up to 7 days.
