We pay 158€ and nobody came to the aqualife and the Manager don't know anything about it. We try to phone and to write, but the conversation were very Bad. After three hours of waiting we want Our money back, but we get only 79€ back. I can only say, don't book this trip!!!!!

This activity brought us horse riding in a forest and on the beach. Wonderful experience with great horses, beautiful views and a nice guide. The most important - the horses are calm and behave good

Horse riding by the sea in the winter is not everyone's dream but i did it. It was great and reading the reviews before it makes me laugh at the people. Everything i so well organized, the horses are good, the itinerary is great, only the guide's English is not perfect. That's understandable, he is a local horseman. Thumbs up for this trip!

To say this horse ride was horrible would be the understatement of the century. I’m just going to start with the simple stuff... The guide had no idea where we were going and had to ask people for directions. We’d get yelled at if we weren’t doing something “right” but got no help with what to do instead. We didn’t do half of what was advertised, and apparently got “the best horses.” I honestly was afraid I would die. When booking this trip, and when we arrived, we were asked which type of saddle we’d prefer: English or Western, only to be automatically given English saddles. I’m not very comfortable in English saddles as I’ve only ridden in them maybe four times, (which is why we requested Western) but that honestly wasn’t too bad in comparison to the rest of the trip. So our guide decided that each horse needed about five meters of space between it and the next horse at all times, which is understandable, only the horse I was given loves to ride up the butt of the horse in front of him. I think I held him back so much, to keep that five meters of space and avoid getting yelled at, that I probably rode the worst I’ve ever ridden. On top of that, my friend had a wild-hot-head of a horse (who liked to rear and canter in place) and when we were trotting it felt like her horse was breathing down my neck, grunting, and ready to kill. This may not have been a huge issue for some people, but with my anxiety disorder I went into a full blown panic attack for probably 15 minutes (even though it felt like an hour). The guide didn’t even notice I was bawling and unable to actually breathe. Every time he turned around he just told us to “keep going” and “make sure to keep the distance.” After that first attack I just gave up on trying to ride and contemplated getting off the horse and just walking back to the stable without telling anyone. I kept going though, stubborn as I am, but I was not having fun and just tried to keep my horse in line, for the sake of not getting yelled at. Eventually, the guide noticed that I didn’t have a smile on my face. You’d think any normal person or guide would ask what’s wrong or if there was a problem... not this guy. Instead, he turned to me and told me something along the lines of: “men don’t look at girls who don’t smile. You won’t meet a man if you don’t smile and look like you want to have fun.” To say I was angry would be an understatement, but I ignored the comment in hopes the ride would end sooner if I didn’t fight with our guide. In short, the whole experience was horrible and I’m honestly surprised I’m not terrified of ever riding again after this whole fiasco.

Where do I even start??There was really nothing right about this ride. The day before they emailed me to say a picnic was not possible because the animals in the forest were in mating season So we got a 3 hour ride and no picnic for the same price. We had emailed requesting Western saddles and the rider level of each of the 3 riders, but getting horses and riders organized was very chaotic. We ended up riding English instead of Western, with 1 good horse and 2 terrible ones. The guide who did not introduce himself until after the first 30 minutes of riding, was just telling us what to do, but the horses would not do it. He did not even hold up his hand to show when stopping from a gallop (1 x only) or trot and then yelled at us to keep 5 meters behind (space between the horses). We were on the beach for only 20 feet. When I asked about riding on the beach, he said you have to go early morning or late evening. So much for the picture... We have completed a 6 day ride in both the Rhodopi and Balkan Mountains and had a wonderful time, so we know about rides in Bulgaria. My 20 year old daughter and her friend were in tears on the way home with blisters on their hands from holding the horses back. Spare yourself from this experience.

This was BY FAR the worst horse ride I've ever done. I've been riding and training horses for 16 years and this was the worst three hours I've ever spent in the saddle. The horse I was given was extremely high strung and impossible to stop. The entire time he was cantering in place, rearing, and spinning. Instead of trying to help the situation, the guide only started yelling at me to keep more room between my horse and the horse in front of me. I have ridden in ten different countries and never felt so helpless and terrified on a horse in my life. I think the worst part was they tried to put my mother (who is a beginner rider) on this horse. I had to tell the guide that she would not be riding that horse. On top of that, we did not ride on the beach for more than 20 feet and did not ride in the forest at all. There was also no picnic lunch as advertised. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy. If I had less riding experience, I would never want to get on a horse again.
