Paul was very informative & provided good storytelling on Estonian cuisine. He also gave me an insight on how people are getting on post-pandemic.

Our guide Peter was very knowledgeable, friendly and interesting. He kept everything conversational and that made the time very easy for us.

I had a wonderful tour with Paul - I had booked the three hour Estonian food tour for a small group tour, but I was the only one who had booked. In my experience most operators would have canceled under that scenario, but Paul graciously gave me a private tour. He was an excellent guide, providing a background on Estonian history and how that caused Estonian cuisine to develop what into what it has become today. We made seven different stops and had the opportunity to sample a variety of different foods. Everything was delicious an I even went back to a few during my remaining time in Tallinn. If you're looking for a great introduction to Estonian food I'd highly recommend!

Paul was a great guide! He started off with a lot of Estonia's history which was very interesting. There was a lot at first, perhaps some of it could have been sprinkled in more during the first few stops of the tour. The stops we went to were great - loved the dumplings, chocolate lichen, and kama!! It was really cool how we hit the highlights in Old Town and then also ventured out to the Food Market and "hipster" area. We did go over the tour time, so just keep an eye on it if you have a ferry to catch back. Paul was great about adjusting the final stops based on what we were interested in and what was open. We did have one gluten-free person in my group - Paul was great about communicating with the places about it, but she did miss out on a lot of the food. One place had a gluten-free alternative that wasn't really comparable and then others had nothing, so I wouldn't recommend it for someone who is gluten-free.

We were six girlfriends visiting Tallin, and this is the first time we tried a food -tour, and we loved it. We learned a lot about history of Tallin/Estonia, and got to taste food/drinks and see places we wouldnt have, havent it been for Paul! He gets our highest recommandations!

I was visiting in Tallinn’s off season, so there was only the three of us on the tour (plus the tour guide), however this was still an absolutely fantastic experience! We sampled a variety of traditional Estonian produce, including a tangy glass of sea buckthorn juice, rich handmade chocolates, and a warming bowl of Elk broth. I particularly appreciated how our tour guide introduced us to Tallinn’s, and more broadly speaking, Estonia’s fascinating past! It made the tastings richer as we were able to grasp a sense of this beautiful countries storied history.

The three of us really enjoyed our time with Paul. He provided a very interesting history of Estonia and Tallinn as well as some very tasty food options. I would recommend this tour to all. I especially liked the lamb raviolis which were delicious.
