First thing to note is that viewing and capturing the Northern Lights cannot be controlled by the guides. It is a natural phenomenon that depends on your luck. On the tour itself, the guides brought us to three different locations during the two hour trip to try and capture the Northern Lights. The pacing was good. Additional activities include starting fires at two of the locations, walking into the lake (on ice), providing snacks (ginger bread cookies) and hot blueberry juice. The guides were also friendly and encouraged us to find out more about Finnish culture.

The weather was cloudy and it was impossible to see the Northern Lights, our guide made sure we were well taken care of and shared some of his experience in Finland. Overall, the trip was enjoyable.

It was very cloudy tonight in Rovaniemi, but Raphael did everything he could to find us the NorthernLights by checking tha various apps. And his craftsmanship gave us the NorthernLights!!!! It was a bit later than planned but Raphael's efforts made our dream come true. He also helped to correctly setup my camera for perfect NorthernLights photos. What a beautiful day it was.

Very nice and friendly atmosphere.Great guide and very nice tour participants. We had a nice time together despite the fact that we didn't really see the aurora. Thank you for a nice trip!

My two teenage sons and I had the most amazing evening thanks to the wonderful guides. Anna met us outside the office in central Rovaniemi and drove us to collect additional clothing (optional). We then drove out into the middle of nowhere and warmed up in a tent with a fire and hot berry juice. I can’t remember the names of the other two male guides who were there but they were equally lovely (as was every local person that we met in Rovaniemi). It was snowing heavily and there were lots of clouds around so I didn’t have my hopes up that we’d get to see the northern lights, but we got lucky! To the naked eye it just looked like pale clouds but when we took photos on our phones you could clearly see the lights. Magical memories to last a lifetime. Thank you so much for a stunning evening.

We didn’t see aurora, but it’s a nice and pleasant experience with a very attentive and friendly tour guide. We gathered around the bonfire with some smores and hot lingon juice while we listened yo the stories from the tour guide. She shared her knowledge about Rovaniemi, about Finland, and things that might be a lead for the next time we go aurora hunting.

We had an absolutely amazing time with this company, especially the guides. They were all so amazing and the young man who was driving us was so knowledgeable (sorry if you are reading this, I forgot to ask your name). The tour was well organised and we had warm juice, marshmallows and a warming wood fire. I cannot wait to come back again ☺️

Very nice guide who picked us up at the hotel and drove us to a lake with superb view of the aurora. We could warm up in a tent with wooden fire, and the company had provided warm clothes. A very family friendly tour and professional company. Highly recommendable.

I just returned from the holidays. We booked the tour "Snowmobile-led Sledge Ride to See the Northern Lights" on January 3 and the experience was amazing from start to finish! . We were lucky because the weather cooperated and our guide Alex Gamez made it special. A very nice and dedicated person, taking very good care of all of us, entertaining all the time (we learnt a lot about the phenomenos) and paying attention to the details. He even offered to take us photos with his mobile because our cameras did not have Night Vision mode (or we did not know where to look for that option). The ride is exceptional because of the picturesque forest and watching the formation of the green light trully magical (and romantic too, even with the kids around)! Overall, I definitely recommend the ride for the views although there is always a big chance not be able to catch the Aurora Borealis due to weather conditions.

Though the weather didn't cooperate to see the best Aurora Borealis, our guides Guillermo and Rafael made it special. They had to come up with Plan B. Guillermo planned a bonfire in the woods to make it a unique experience for us all. They didn't have to and could have easily said sorry the weather doesn't cooperate but went out of their way t9 make it a memorable time for us. Guillermo even had images of the Arctic animals that kids explored and learned about while we were in the tent. Really appreciate Guillermo and his fellow guide Rafa doing this for us.They both are an amazing bunch. We even got a few beautifu and cool nightimel pictures from Rafa sharing his photography tips and tricks
