Scammers! They have spoiled our holidays in Paris! Butobus sailed tickets for me and my kids but then we found out that service is not available until further notice. Thy are ignoring my emails and calls and I can't even get my money back. Scammers!

Terrible, couldn’t load my tickets from Viator, then we we showed up to the boat only three stops were open, making it unusable for its general function of going up and down the river. Viator and Batobus refuse to refund us.

Enjoyed seeing the Seine and the view of the Eiffel Tower but due to high and rough water did not get what I paid for. Only 3 stops open and this was discovered the day of use not when purchasing.

The boat was cancelled but the company still took my money. I booked this on the same day so they knew the boat was cancelled but still took the booking.

Only 3 stops open due to high river. (Viator didn’t tell me that!). Vendors app is very hard to use, especially to find stop locations.

Absolutely awful company!!! There was a police incident at Eiffel Tower stop where we tried to get on and all boats were stopped for 2 hours!!! They told us nothing and made us wait so there was a mile long queue!!! The guys scanned our tickets and then told us no boats were stopping there!!! He told us to walk to the next stop at the r waiting 2 hours we only had a short time before we had to get to an appointment and when we got to invalides the next stop (30 min walk away!!)The boat ramp was locked and boats weren’t stopping there either!!! WE NEVER GOT TO RIDE A BOAT AT ALL!!! Then as we had booked through trip advisor they said they couldn’t refund us!! This was supposed to be the start of my friend’s 50th birthday celebration weekend and it couldn’t have gonna any worse! Would NOT recommend!

There are suppose to be 10 stops on that trip. Today, while on the boat we were notified there will only be 3. After musee D’Orsey which was the first stop after getting at Effel tower, the boat crossed the river, stopped at Louvre and turned back to Effel tower. Really? I paid $40 for my teenage daughter and myself for that??? It was 20 min boat ride, 30 with waiting around. I am asking for the money back if they are honest people they will give back.
