Overall this was a really good experience. The staff on board were very friendly and engaging. The service was extremely good. The location to the pick up point could be clearer however A great tour of many London sights but was disappointed we did not pass by Buckingham Palace or Big Ben. Also surprised there was no commentary ? Unless you are familiar with London you may miss many points of interest The food was pleasant but there could have been more. Everyone left still feeling a bit hungry. The souvenir cups were a nice touch

This was so fun! Great way to take a tour around London and see all the major sites while drinking prosecco and eating mini sandwiches. The staff were so lovely. Wonderful experience.

Fun, unusual thing to do one afternoon. Food not exactly fortnums but exactly as described. Servers were lovely. It's a fairly limited route so definitely nothing like you will see on a proper sightseeing bus but it's different. Everything provided was as described and we were happy.

My wife booked this as a special treat whilst visiting London to celebrate her 50th birthday. It was a fun and relaxing way to see the sights and have a bite to eat at the same time! The food & drink was delicious and the service given by our hosts Mercy & Heteel was friendly and welcoming. Don't be expecting luxury, as it it a double decker bus after all, but the bus was decked out in a nice way and it's a great idea if you're wanting a fun way of seeing the sights of London.

Hello my friend had booked the afternoon tea bus tour back in May 2022. We went to the wrong pick up point, we were panicking we would miss our trip, but guide Izham pulled up in another Golden Tours bus, driven by Fernando, and said don't worry he would speak to the driver of the afternoon tea bus and get him to meet us a near by. We were so so grateful to him. He calmly dealt with our problem and saved the day. Sorry this review has taken so long to send through, but I had lost his card with details on!

The staff were all extremely friendly and attentive, we booked it for 5 people for one of our daughter's 18th birthday treats and we were not disappointed. Great fun, food was good, lots of laughs along the way. Definitely recommend it. Good Value for money.

We were supposed to be in premium front row seats (paid the extra) but they gave us other seats and didn’t offer refund - tried to pretend they didn’t know what premium seats were. Eventually I had to go to office and complain before I got refund. Bus tour - London sights were great, but bus was tired. Lights didn’t work, decorations were old and tired. Food was atrocious. Worse but was that my daughter was told her sandwhich was marmite - it was actually pickle but they kept insisting it was marmite. Luckily we don’t have food allergies, but if you do they had no idea what was in any of the sandwhiches! I would choose another tour and not do again.

This trip was a surprise for my mother from my partner and myself for Christmas. All 3 of us had a great time, and would highly recommend the experience. The staff on the bus looking after us, serving us afternoon tea were very friendly and helpful, Both made the experience enjoyable, and fun. My partner, mother and myself feel it’s a fun way to see the big major signs of London, while at the same time enjoying a wonderful afternoon tea.

Amazing tour. Guide Toyota and Sofia were amazing so welcoming and helpful. On top of that I’m vegan and gluten free and they catered for me for everything and I never missed out.
