Really fun escape room, the VR made it so special and different. It was so fun and immersive, you started to step over obstacles that weren't really there. VR headsets like oculus usually make me nauseous, but the free movement meant tbere was none of that. One quick note - you need to wear something with pockets! Organisers should considering warning people of that as women often don't, and finding somewhere to put the battery pack stably was a challenge.

I went to DNA VR in Hammersmith with my girlfriend for our anniversary and it was amazing. It was our first time trying a VR and the staff was super helpul and friendly! We did the Medusa Gate Escape Room from Ubisoft and it was a lot of fun. I would recommend this for anyone looking for something new and fun to do. We will definitely visit again! Tolga

My partner and I did this yesterday in Hammersmith (we did the Space themed game as we were nicely advised that this is best for just two people). We had the BEST time. It completely exceeded all our expectations. We have done a few escape rooms but the VR element really elevated the whole experience. The VR tech was brilliant - it really felt like we were in space and a space station. LUKE was our guide/helper - he was FANTASTIC. His humor, enthusiasm and tips really made the experience brilliant for us. He is great at his job because his energy really helped us to feel relaxed and get into it. We will def be back. At first it was tough but it wasn't too challenging - it was the right amount of challenging without it being too difficult to actually complete. Also to note, it felt VERY covid safe and we had no concerns so it is def a great thing to do for those of us who havent done much

THIS!!...honestly I didn't really know what I was getting myself into. I booked this for mine and my boyfriend's date night (done during the day though) and I didn't tell him what we were doing. At booking, I didn't know which room to do, so on the day we decided to do Sanctum. Excellent recommendation from the team, I told people I know which one to do too. It was so good that even my boyfriend had some "nervous" moments. Another team that were in rooms near us had to giggle. I would say, if you do this, don't expect to be in the same room as your group...if you were, you'd be bumping into each other. You have a small padded room to yourself, where you're with your group virtually..so you don't really feel alone as you see them. Luckily we escaped within the hour given! So we definitely are able to visit again and do the roaming one, which I believe if you are in a group, you're in the same (big) room.

We went to the Hammersmith Branch to play one of the Ubisoft escape rooms as a team of two, and it was fantastic. The rooms and kit were in great condition, Matt was a super helpful guide, and the game was incredible. We played the Dagger of Time, which was quite challenging (we've played around 30 escape rooms to date) and the visuals were stunning. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back to play again soon.

I booked the VR lost in Pyramid for my boyfriend's birthday, it was just the two of us and we had so much fun! the graphic is really amazing and Matt, the guy who greet us was really kind and funny! I would definitely recommend this experience and we will probably be back to try some of the other VR games :)

Took my friend here for her 21st bday as she loves to game. As someone who doesn’t really game I had such a sick time and so did she. The staff were really welcoming and helpful (shoutout to Lewis / Louis ?¿). If you got stuck in the game they can talk to you through the headset and help you out. We’re definitely going to go back again as you could spend hours in vr here. One thing I would say is when you arrive at the destination it’s literally a front door on a high street with steps going down. At the bottom of the stairs there’s either a door for kickboxing or for the vr (both signposted). Ring the doorbell and wait. My friend and I were scared at first but don’t be alarmed as it’s legit.

Went to the Hammersmith branch of DNA VR today, Chris was there to greet us. We were a group of four scheduled to play the wireless escape room but unfortunately one of the consoles wasn't working. Chris was incredibly helpful and accommodating, arranging an arcade session for one guest while we rotated playing the escape rooms in a group of three. Chris extended our time to compensate for the mishap and was incredibly patient and professional throughout. His management should either pay him more or promote him. Would highly recommend.
