Our Academia Gallery guide, Pam, shared a wealth of knowledge with us. Her expertise, enthusiasm and love of the gallery was impressive annd enjoyable. Our tour of the Uffizi with Guido was fantastic. He was charming, extremely knowledgeable and shared so much insight into the artworks that we all learned so much. It was by far one of the most memorable and inspiring tours I’ve ever had. Both Pam and Guido were superb guides and made our tours remarkable!

We had a superb guide who really enhanced our trip around the gallery with detailed and interesting explanations about all aspects of the tour. Highly recommend this tour.

Very disappointed overall. Not having to stand in line was great.. Tour guides seemed knowledgeable and the huge crowds were not their fault. But we could barely understand anything they said because of their heavy accents. For the prices we paid, we expected a guide whose English was easy to understand.. Because of their accents, we got nothing from their commentary. Expected much better and will never use Viator again.

Gabriella was our guide for both tours. She was entertaining and knowledgeable. She showed us the highlights of both museums, and explained the background of the painters and the paintings very well. She invited questions and comments as well.

My low rating is regarding Viator, NOT the tour company or guide. They were wonderful. We were scheduled to see the Accademia and Uffizi. Our location to meet was at Uffizi which was incorrect as the first tour was Accademia. By the time it was sorted out with the tour company we had missed the entrance to Accamamia. The tour company, Star Florence, was incredibly apologetic for Viator’s mistake and stayed in touch with our group so we could go on the Uffizi tour. Star Florence notified Viator of the error immediately. It has been 24 hours and I have not had any correspondence from Viator. I will be asking for a refund.

We were lucky to have a wonderful guide called Pam whose knowledge was immense. She answered questions with ease and made sure everyone had opportunity to ask as we were guided through the Accademia. Later in the day we went to the Uffizi and were delighted tgat we were once again with Pam.

I very much enjoyed seeing all of the artwork and learning about the background of so many important artists who lived in Florence! Elena was a wonderful guide and very knowledgeable!

This was our first visit to the galleries and the insight by the guide was fantastic. The information about the art and history of the museum provided a perfect overview. This laid the foundation for future visits.
