Seeing Capri from the water and able to see the white and green grottoes up close. Going through the arch was also really beautiful. It would have been better if the guide spoke English. 99.9% in Spanish!

The island was beautiful and the trip was fun. It was disappointing that we did not leave the harbor at the advertised time of departure, we sat on the boat in the baking sunshine for 40 minutes.

Great trip around the island. Good & useful commentary. You can move around the boat during trip and they sell you drinks.

Had to book a same day trip. Everything that could possibly go wrong went wrong, from getting on the wrong train, to terrible weather conditions, to getting lost. When we started running behind i contacted the company. On the site it states they have 24/7 customer service. They do not, no one from the company responded back to me. I requested a refund and 2 days after I was denied. If your a tourist do not recommend this company.

First of all. Capri is a beautiful Island, and this boat trip actually let you get an overview of what the Island has to offer without going to much into details on the way. What made the experience terrible was not the boat trip itself, but the misinformation here on tripadvisor and the contact with crew (on land) afterwards. In short: - The experience is sold as a small boat tour; A few people and an informative guide. It is Actually a small ferry with 50-100 people. Our boat was packed full of tourists. The sound from the speakers was so bad it was impossible to hear anything. - The boat says «Blue grotto tour», and it is also said in the ad that passengers will get the opportunity to see Blue grotto (but your have to pay extra to get in). All this is fine. But when we actually got there, the boat just drove past the grotto, not giving the opportunity to enter. It was said to be to many people there. So we complained, and then they offered a new tour later that day. The problem was that we were going back to the mainland. So we asked for a refund instead. Then they sent a new guy to talk to us. And this is when things get comically bad. He said we could not get a refund, because there was something written in italian on our ticket that somehow made refund impossible. But again, he offered us a new trip. I said that refund is unfortunatly our only option. Then he entered into a staring contest - which he would have won whatever it took. So I just gave up quickly and went on to enjoy the rest of the vacation. - As stated in the beginning, you may find some value in this. For us it was just a to big gap between what was promised, and what they delivered. The customer service on land (saying there is information in italian prohibiting refund), just felt like a scam, and brought the total experience down from 3/5 to a 1/5. - Also, if you buy this same ticket while on Capri, it will cost you 20 euros instead of 23 euros (that we payed here on Tripadvisor). Not a biggie, but yet another argument for not deciding to buy this before going there.

Beautiful landscape, loved to sail across the famous arch rock (a kiss is mandatory!). Water color in front of Blue Grotto is astonishing. Trip length was expected. Just a round tour in the island. Guide was nice but spoke way fast in all four languages. For those who are looking for a cost-benefit tour, that’s your choice.
