We had a hiccup with our tickets but when I called up to query it, I was promptly helped and they were able to provide assistance on the spot. Great service. Lovely ruins and really interesting to visit!

Ruins on an impressive scale with evidence of several mosaic patterns on the floors. However the lack of clear plans and labelling made it difficult to understand the layout of the building.

My daughter and I wen to the Baths of Caracalla on our own. I had purchased an admission ticket before we left the US. It is a hidden gem. There were no crowds and it was amazing. It was a 1-20 minute walk from the Colosseum and glad that my daughter had put this on the list to see. There were so many baths once upon a time and one was still in the ruins and they all must have been beautiful when the Romans used them. There were mosaics that once lined them on the grounds.

It was very informative. The audio spots were not easy to locate but had a ton of information. Doing this again, I would use the virtual experience. The site is not over crowded.
