Run down. Not at all what is advertised on the website. Nothing to do or see. After 1 hour there we got out and bought tickets for the park next to it. The few animals there were kept in dirty condition. Do not recommend at all.

Amazing location. The format is innovative. Very immersive experience back in time. If you rent the costumes you can really feel like an ancient roman in her city. I warmly recommend to try this esperience once you are in Rome.

The setting of Romaword is amazing! You can be a real gladiator and discover customs and traditions of the ancient Romans!

After a day at Cinecittà Word, my husband and I and my two daughters (one of which is 2 months old) got married at Roma Word to try the ancient Rome themed restaurant. It was a nightmare: we paid at 8.40pm but at 10pm they still hadn't served you and we see that all the people who had arrived and paid after us had been served and were starting to leave. I underline that we were near the checkouts, so we are sure that they were people who had ordered there and not online. From that moment on we had to constantly look for the staff because in the kitchen they kept not releasing some of our orders. In the end it was almost 11pm and some things we paid for were not served because they ran out. We therefore asked for a refund of what we had paid and not served but they rudely replied that it is not possible and that with all those people it happens, as if it were a gift and we had not paid. We then went to ask for explanations at the ticket office and the employee helped us, but to no avail. Truly a terrible experience, we will be exposed to the police for embezzlement.

2 adults and 2 children, with overnight stay in a castrum tent, dinner (the gladiator's dinner is spectacular) and gladiator's breakfast. I found wonderful and well-trained staff. Unfortunately I only have to give 2 stars because the structure is very let down. Many wooden structures are broken, the "war path" uneven and dangerous for children. Cracked benches. Everywhere you wander around the park you find broken and abandoned things. I repeat, staff ok, but in a structure like this you can't work miracles. And to say that the idea could be super successful and that very little would be enough. The bathrooms are scandalous, dirty, broken fixtures and sinks, showers (only 2), unusable. Sin.

Nice place, nice visit to the Ben Hur scenography. Not a bad show with the fires. The magical forest is interesting. The beautiful walk to see the animals was fun. But the extraordinary thing is how you eat it. We took 2 gladiator menus and two castle menus, at a very honest price especially if taken online, and the quality of everything was truly exceptional! Delicious meat, everything plentiful and varied. A nice discovery... I'll be back (to eat 🤣)
