A nice few hours. Well worth the money for the tastings it was enough that we had had lunch! And lots of yummy options to choose from. Locals give this place a bad wrap but we really enjoyed it!

We had been looking forward to visiting. Looked like it had lots for the kids to do. Mostly a waste of time. We arrived shortly after it opened on a Thursday. Not much was open. They couldn’t tell us if any of it would open. Felt more like a place you could learn some stuff but also a place to shop. Not worth the €10 each we paid.

What a fantastic experience. Went on a Friday, got there first thing, and was able to enjoy the entire place without it being too crowded. Had the tasting menu and tour and it was fabulous, delicious. And stopped to sample 4 of the 100 wines by the glass. Well worth the trip, and the price is so reasonable.

I am not sure why they charge you to enter the facility. Once you are in, you have the option of eating at different places - but you pay separate. There are products of all sorts you can find - but you pay for them at the register. If you want to do some activities …. You pay separate. So…. What is the general admission there for ? Having said that, it’s a cool place, no doubt. Somewhat deserted, maybe because in the summer people would rather go to the beach than stay inside. We are at a couple of places and all was good. Prices for the food and drinks are average, while groceries tend to be on the high side.

I loved this place, it’s €10 euros and that includes a bus from outside bologna railway station we visited on a sunday you can spend easily around 2.5-3 hours there including food but excluding a cookery class. There are alpacas, cows, chickens and pigmi goats, once inside there are a number of different zones which relate to local produce, a variety of delicious restaurants which are very reasonably priced, there’s activity areas, items to buy wine tasting and activities for children, i really can’t recommend this enough. we didn’t do a cookery course but watched other which was lovely families making pizzas and ice cream

-10... Fico was not Open that day, I booked the Ticket. I arrived by taxi because Outside the city and İ have at the moment a bad leg. One way was around 20 Euro... So total lost of 50 Euro (tickets and Taxi) ABD wasting time. I have not so many days in Bologna. I was total disappointed because İ lost half of a day of my vacation. There was no information that it is closed that day. It is a no go to sell tickets with time window when it is not open. Super disappointed and angry. I wrote the review after a while that it is not too emotional, but still disappointed.

We went late (after 6pm) for reduced price - absolutely no activities any more at this time, very few people - as mentioned in other comment, some “attractions” are untended - deplorable is how the animals outside of Fico are kept, disregard of animal welfare… we regret to have supported this with our money.

The worst - there at peak time on Saturday and nobody there, the place was empty. Most places inside were closed and very little to do. The shuttle bus advertised wasn’t running and so it cost €60 return to get there and back from Bologna centre in taxi. Very disappointing

TERRIBLE. The absolute worst experience in Italy Pay 10€ to enter a huge abandoned shopping mall, with 3 staff across 10 acres of empty stores, can't buy a coffee or a beer or anything else because nobody is in any of these stores to serve you, people riding bikes around inside because why not - there are almost no visitors anyway and plenty of empty space. It feels exactly like you arrived 3 hours before it opened, except you didn't - this is it. Outside in 38⁰C heat are half a dozen pathetic food stalls running an expensive token economy to make them harder to use, then you can die of heat exposure out there with your meagre ration of average food. This place is a total waste of space and time and money. Don't bother coming here. I wish I could get a refund.

Not sure this is really worth a three - could be a two. This site was highly over rated. It wasn’t as big as expected and there was less there than expected. Perhaps the problem is that the impact of COVID is still being felt and it will be more active with more going on over time. We expected more demonstrations, more foods being prepared onsite, samples of foods, and more options of things to do. The little bikes are a problem as any that were used were being ridden by children who raced around. You can’t pay for anything you want to buy until you exit so you can’t put it into a bag to make it easier to carry it with you. The shopping carts are on wheels but they were not easy to use. Another issue is that we went on a Thursday and it turned out the free shuttle didn’t go on Thursdays. So it was a 20E taxi ride each way from the city centre. Why it would be open without the shuttle running is hard to understand. Overall, this is one to miss There are many other great things to see and do in Bologna and food shopping in the large supermarcato called SAPORI & DINTORNI in central Bologna provided as much of a food experience without the need to get all the way out to FICO Eataly and pay an entrance fee
