3 stars because the audioguide and skip the line were great. Unfortunately, my family (along with 5 other groups), were left standing talking with each other for over 30 minutes as the representative from Touriststation never showed up to distribute the tickets. Also, the phone number listed on the reservation did not connect. The only way we were able to notify anyone was to walk to the nearest Touriststation office (thank you Google Maps!) and notify them that no one showed up!

My main purpose of purchasing advanced tickets was too save time. However, the process took a full hour. First, there was no one to collect tickets from and operator didn't respond. Called Viator and finally learned would be 15 minutes late. Better than another poor soul that waited 45 minutes. Then took another 45 minutes and a lot of roaming data to download the app (no free wifi). I could have just waited in line to buy the tickets and save a lot of money.

Regret visiting, we shoud have choosen anoher service provider. For extra paid to the company who is reselling official 5eur ticket you are getting info how to download aplication with your own roaming internet (same instruction is printed at the entrance o Pantheon). The guide is poor, the one who wants to get a proper explanation should get audioguide inside the pantheon (which is not included in your ticket). Do not reommend.

This was a pre-recorded audio tour of the Pantheon. It was very easy to spot the tour contact as she was located exactly where she was supposed to be. She was helpful in assisting us in downloading the necessary app to access the tour. The tour allowed us to skip the line. That was helpful, but not entirely necessary as the line to enter the Pantheon in mid November was very short. We appreciated the self guided tour that allowed us to move at our own pace. It was important to learn about the historical and architectural significance to this important structure. Glad we purchased this tour, but in retrospect, we could have done without as there are audio headsets provided by the Pantheon. And we didn’t save that much time with the skip the line pass.

Very basic. Admission to the pantheon. The audio guide does not work very well. Would have just purchased the admission there, but I wanted to get guaranteed admission. I am not sure this even does that. If the Pantheon is full, it looks like you have to wait for someone to leave before they will let you in. We did not have to wait. Did not know that it had been converted to a church.

A good way to get into the Pantheon and avoid very long cues, for some people the proce might not be worth, you just get the tickets and access to an app to get relevant information of the venue.

Booked last minute and this was great. The skip the line is well worth it as we went in November late on a Sunday and it was still busy. Super easy to find the tour operator with great directions
