Classe Mozzarella o Pizza

We did the Mozzarella Making Class. Our instructor was a 4th Generation Cheese Master. He was fun, funny and a blast to hang out with. We ate various cheeses on a shaded street side table with a magnificent view of Scala. The tour guide (Salvatore) did an incredible job making our experience something we will hold dear to our hearts for a very long time. Highly recommend this excursion!

My wife and I booked a day trip thru Danielle. Salvatore was our driver and tour guide. The communication leading up to our the day of our excursion was top notch. Salvatore picked us up promptly on time. Salvatore is from Amalfi and was happy to share his knowledge of the area. He made amazing recommendations for places to get the best Limincello & Gelato in Amalfi. He even helped us with making a dinner reservation at a place near our BnB. Salvatore was the best. If and when we return, we will look for him again. Now for a review of the Mozzarella making class. The owner of the cheese shop is a 4th generation cheese Master. The mozzarella making experience was super fun and exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommend it. The cheese Master was super friendly (the kind of happiness that comes from doing what you love).We tasted 4-5 different kinds of cheese, some salami (local, of course) paired with Preseco. This day will be the highlight of our trip and we recommend it to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

We had a delightful day starting with a beautiful drive along the Amalfi Coast. We made several stops along the way to take scenic pictures. We took the mozzarella class in Ravello with Biagio who taught us all about cheese. Then he made a delicious caprese salad and cheese sample platter and we ate, drank Prosecco and then got to take the rest of the cheese. Spectacular day spent with Daniele…truly unforgettable!! Daniele is an Italian treasure and makes every experience the best. Grazie Mille!! ❤️🇮🇹💚

I cannot rate Wine Tour Amalfi Coast highly enough! My wife and I booked two airport transfers and a day tour with Daniele during our stay in the Amalfi Coast, all of which were exceptional. The transfers were perfect and made our travel stress free. Daniele was always on time (including one 5:30am pick-up!) and the Mercedes vehicles used were new, comfortable and spotless with a very smooth drive on the twisty roads. As for our day tour, there were so many to choose from and after some questions for Daniele before our arrival, we opted for the Amalfi Coast Sightseeing plus Mozzarella class in Ravello. This experience was incredible and our favourite day during our Italian vacation by far. Daniele showed us a number of beautiful sights on the way up to Ravello, stopping often to take photographs and talk about certain towns/sights. Daniele is an incredibly kind, charming and hilarious guide who is both knowledgeable and passionate about his home in equal parts. When in Ravello, we went olive oil and balsamic tasting at Gusti & Delizie, where Vincenzo educated us on the different products by region. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, we were made to feel very welcome and everything we tried was delicious. We ended up buying a number of products and had them shipped back to the US, however, there is absolutely no pressure to buy anything if you wish to just do the tasting! We then went to see Biagio, a local cheesemaker who showed us how to make mozzarella, and then prepared a meal for us with the cheese we had just made, as well as wine and other foods. A fun and unforgettable experience! Ravello itself is beautiful and a must see, with the square and the gardens at Villa Cimbrone being personal highlights. The only regret we had about using Wine Tour Amalfi Coast was that we didn't stay longer and experience more tours! We will be back and will definitely be meeting with Daniele again - wine tasting, cooking, and Pompeii tours are all on our list! Thank you so much Daniele. We had the pleasure of doing a pizza making and wine tasting experience with Daniele. Daniele picked us up promptly from our hotel to take us to the restaurant in Conca de Marini. Along the way he shared his knowledge of the local area and local wines. When we arrived at the restaurant it had amazing views overlooking the sea. We then learned and participated in making pizza dough, learning the right quantities to use and how to properly mix the dough. We then made pizza dough balls and formed our own pizzas. We cooked the pizzas in a special pizza oven. The pizzas were great! While eating the pizzas Daniele presented several local wines to match with the pizzas explaining the types of grapes used, the flavor profile of the wines and where the grapes were grown. We requested to only try white and rose wines that were chilled as it’s currently hot and conducive to drinking red wine during the day. The wines were all excellent and paired with the pizza nicely. After the pizza making and wine tasting we made our way back to our hotel. Along the way Daniele allowed us to stop and take photos of the beautiful Amalfi Coast scenery. Daniele was very pleasant and very friendly. We will do another tour with Daniele when we return to the area.

Daniele took our family on a two day tour of Amalfi Coast including Rafelo, Amalfi and Positano. He was always on time and courteous and a pleasure to be with. He was so accommodating and able to change plans or add an additional tour at the spur of the moment.
