We totally lucked out being in Florence off season. We were the only ones on our tour and our guide was wildly knowledgeable and shared the most interesting stories. 110% recommend!

Elizabeth was such a knowledgeable guide. We loved learning from her. She was so kind! The statue of David was so magnificent. Elizabeth pointed out the attention to detail in the statue. Loved it!

The Combo tour was very rewarding. First, the Accademia and Uffizi tours are very complimentary. Secondly, the tours eliminated many of the challenges of trying to see the extensive collections by oneself. Thirdly, Elizabeth (our guide) was exceptional. She was both extremely personable and knowledgeable providing cultural, historical, and technical insights throughout both tours. She engaged with us throughout the entire time and had perfect flow. She also provided us with a walking tour from the office to the Uffizi. We give her our highest recommendation. The combo tour was completely worth the time and money spent.

Lead up to seeing David was way too long. We’re all there to see David. Forcing us to look at this painting and that painting knowing that David was just right around the corner was pure agony. Also, we were jipped out of the second tour of the Uffizi. Be wary of these combo trips to two locations. They don’t want to take you to the second spot.

The galleries and history of the galleries Savid was magnificent. Thank you. Why does a review have to a minimum of 100 characters!!!

The first part of our group tour was the Accademia Gallery with Elia as our guide. He was very passionate and knowledgeable about both the art and Florence (where he’s lived his whole life). The second part of our tour was the Uffizi. We ended up being the only 2 so Elizabeth, our guide, tailored the tour to our interests and our questions and our stamina, as we were very tired that day, and almost cancelled. She was so exuberant, caring, and knowledgable, it was hard for us to say goodbye. We hugged multiple times. We will never forget her.

I loved the Accademia tour! The Uffizi tour was a bit long and had a hard time understanding the tour guide. I think the tour is a little overpriced.

This is a mixed review. We showed up on time as directed, but others in the party were late and we ended up getting in line about 20 minutes late. Although this is sold as a “skip the line tour“, it is not it merely means you get in an expedited line. Because we were late the guide would not let us at the time we were supposed to get in and we had to wait. Other people in the party who are also on time had another tour they were supposed to go on delayed. The guide for the academia tour was knowledgeable, but rushed due to the delay in getting started. He also had no idea that we were also supposed to go on the next part of the tour to the Uffizi museum and seemed confused when we asked him what we were supposed to do next. Fortunately, we followed him back to the main office, and everything worked out. The guide for the second part of the tour was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable and filled in a lot of context that we had not heard before. She efficiently guided us through a very crowded museum, and we ended up enjoying our time very much.

Lorenzo, our guide, was great! Very funny and knowledgeable. Neither my husband or I are very interested in art so personally we did not enjoy the Uffizi Gallery and wish we could have just done the Accademia by itself.

I was traveling with a driver. While we were touring a different building, he went to the office to confirm the location for us ahead of time to ensure an accurate transfer. They told him they had no record of our tickets. When he picked us up, I reconfirmed with him that he had the correct address, so we went there again anyway. Upon entering, I told them my name and they said they had no record of my reservation. I then showed them my reservation details, clearing confirming my reservation for the day. Then they said oh, we have “Katharine”, we didn’t know your last name was Anderson. WHAT IN THE WORLD!😳 Then we sat there and waited 15-20 minutes after our time to leave because there was some problem with other guests. Then we arrive at museum and wait in hot sun for 30 minutes when we had paid for skip the line tickets. The explanation the guide gave is because the museum oversells the tickets. Not sure if this is true or if it was because the group arrived late due to multiple confusions. The unfortunate thing is the guide himself was EXCELLENT! This agency is a MESS! It was my personal travel, but I am a travel agent. I would NEVER book one of my clients through this exact agency. Use a different option to book. Many other options offered even on Viator. Avoid this one.
