We made tagliatelle with tomato sauce, spinach & ricotta ravioli, and tiramisu. All the food was delicious and we can't wait to make these dishes at home for family. Mariella was thoughtful, kind and so welcoming. We enjoy meeting her, her mother and sister in-law. We laughed a lot and ate a ton of delicious food. She showed us a lot of the city and guided us around town. Her home is beautiful, warm and inviting. She explained everything to us step by step and much to my surprise my husband is better at pasta making than me. It was an unforgettable experience and I wish we could share a meal with these lovely ladies more often.

We were made to feel very comfortable. We bridged the language gap with an audio translator app. We made several pastas (we couldn’t eat more than a bite of the last one because we were so full!) and a dessert. I highly recommend this class- it was a highlight of our trip!

Daniela was the cooking teacher and she was wonderful. The food was so good. Her apartment had the best views for eating outside. The address was a little confusing but we made it. We were told to meet at the Piazza but no one met us. We did have a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

Amazing experience with an amazing host. We had the pleasures to be paired with Consuelo. Although she did not have a translator, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise (we did use google translate), It allowed us to fully be emerged in the culture, see the passion behind the dishes and made it fun for all of us. She was super sweet, caring and made us feel welcomed to her home. As far as the class itself, it was very fun and easy. Honestly, the internet recipes make everything more complicated than it should. Consuelo made everything easy and straight forward for us. Really fun, definitely see ourselves doing another class with her in the future. Wife and I already planning on going back

What a fantastic and unique activity! It was hard to believe what we accomplished in a short time. This was very low-key, fun and tasty. I have been raving about this to friends since I have been home.

We had such a lovely time with Marie. She welcomed us into her home and kitchen with a beautiful smile and a passion for cooking. She made us feel like it was truly simple and gave everyone a chance to participate. Her English was good and we had no trouble understanding or communicating. She had made delicious sauces in advance, and after we made the pasta came the best part - the eating! It was all fresh and made the perfect end to a great experience. Getting a taxi back to the ship didn’t happen, but it was only a 20 minute easy walk.

This was the best cooking class we could’ve asked for! Maria was so welcoming to all of us and her recipes were delicious. She was full of energy and made sure everyone understood each recipe to make in their home kitchen! We had a blast and would recommend this to anyone traveling to Sicily!

After our cooking experience, my wife loved Tiramisu and the fresh pasta we made. Maria was very inviting and we felt really welcome in her home.

We had an amazing time! Maria Daniela and her friends welcomed us into her home. My wife and three children (ages 12,15,16) had a wonderful time. Preparing and eating lunch was fun and informative. Getting to know them made it truly special.

We were a group of 12. I can’t say enough what a wonderful experience it was.Rossella gave us recipes that her family had and taught us how to make absolutely delicious dishes. It was a Sunday and it’s hard to get taxis on Sundays so Rossella’s husband came and picked up four of us at a time where our cruise ship had docked! They went above and beyond we had wine and snacks, and learned how to make such delicious dishes was the highlight of our trip. Also her cousin FiFi was the interpreter for us was absolutely lovely!
