By far the highlight of our trip. Rosanna and Giacomo were the perfect hosts from the minute we set foot in their charming home. Very well crafted menu and had great fun making, and eventually savouring, the pasta, dessert and appetizers in a warm and welcoming family setting. Highly recommended

Sis & I had a lovely evening in the welcoming home of Benedetta and her family. We were joined by another young lady. Twas great craic learning to make pasta and tiramisu ( Benedetta is a champion tiramisu maker and I’m now a convert as previously hated it but hers was wonderful)! The meal afterwards was one of the best i’ve had in Italy- lots of antipasti and then our two pastas ( ravioli and tagliatelle) as well as the tiramisu. All washed down with some lovely local red vino. We then played UNO and Sis sang an Irish song to round off the evening. Benedetta walked us to the bus stop to make sure we got home safely ( we had gotten a cab from Porto Nuevo). Highly recommend this experience.

We took our two grandsons, ages 11 and 12, to Torino for 5 days, and our last stop was at Jenny’s house for a cooking class. It was a perfect end to a perfect trip. Jenny’s house is a reflection of her: inviting, warm and charming. Neither boy had ever spent anytime in a kitchen, so just cracking an egg into the flour for the pasta was an experience. Jenny was kind and patient with the boys, and they learned how to make chocolate and coffee tiramisu, ravioli and gnocchis. At the end, we sat down for lunch with Jenny’s husband, Mauro, and I can say that Italian hospitality is the BEST.

I thoroughly enjoyed my morning with Eugenia and her husband at their home. There were just 3 of us learning to make the pasta and gnocchi, which was nice. And the results were delicious! I almost took off one star because we did not make the tiramisu; our hostess had prepared it ahead of time. Ravioli, tortellini, and gnocchi take a lot of time and I'm not sure we would have had time to put together the dessert. Viator may want to revise their description, however.

This was an amazing experience, that made our time in Torino! The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that we went far past the the time expected (estimated at 3 hours, we left after 5.5). To be fair, the translator did ask us if we had plans after, which we didn’t, but we weren’t expecting to be there until 22:30. Second, the listing indicates that someone will reach out to help plan the menu, and that never happened. The food cooked really was amazing, however two of the four members of our group did not eat Ricotta, and one of the pasta dishes was Ricotta filled. These really are two small critiques, as we learned so much and had such a wonderful time. I can’t wait to receive the recipes so we can share them with our friends and family! 100% would recommend to anyone remotely interested!!

This was such an amazing evening making new friends and learning to make pasta, focaccia and tiramisu. Rosanna and her friend were warm and welcoming and made us feel at home. It was 5 hours well spent learning a lot, drinking wine and eating great food!

My goal in visiting Italy was to "immerse" myself in the culture....this excursion met all of my expectations and well beyond. Rosanna and Raffaele were cordial, inviting, engaging. We talked, shared stories, laughed, and ate! We made everything from light appertifs to the Tiramisu and everything in between. I can't speak highly enough of this experience that I will never forget. If you plan on visiting Torino, do not pass this up. I will miss my new friends Rosanna and Raffaele. I will say arrivederci, but certainly not goodbye. James Massachusetts, USA
