I am overdue in writing my compliments to Alina. Our family regularly takes a cooking class on vacation and this was without a doubt the best experience. Alina is a wonderful instructor and my teenage daughters thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We met lovely people and made so much food that we ate a hearty lunch and took home a full meal. The lesson location at Il Fontanaro is beautiful and we got to see the olive oil production area. I wish I could give this experience ten stars! Don’t hesitate to book!

What a fun experience! Alina was wonderful, talking us through everything and answering all our questions. The food was absolutely amazing! This was the highlight of our trip to Italy!

I think this was one of the best pasta making classes out there. The location was beautiful. We made 3 types of pasta, 3 sauces and Tiramisu. The class was very informative. I cook but this class taught me about the consistency of my dough and a lot of great tips on pasta making. It was also great for beginners. The food was delicious . It was nice to sit with others and enjoy a meal. The wine was plentiful....the olive oil superb. The team was great. Our instructor was so passionate and knowledgeable. I am now following her on her blog and just love her. You get what you pay for....this was worth every penny and then some. Do yourself a favor and find the time to enjoy life in Tuscany and go cooking :)

What a Great Time we had learning to make pasta & Tiramisu ! Alina was a Wonderful & Very Patient Teacher! It was so much easier than we ever expected! Fun Group Class. Best Part was sharing Lunch together at the end & enjoying the Pasta we had made paired with Great Wine! The Tuscan Country Villa had a Nice Italian Rustic Farm House Kitchen! Perfect for Cooking!

This was one of our best experiences in Italy. Everything was so simple yet fresh and tasted simply amazing. The interaction and knowledge shared was beyond perfect. Highly recommend !!

Had an amazing time. Was on a private villa. the atmosphere made the experience even better. Made three different types of pasta, sauces and tiramisu. Was some of the best we have ever had. Alina was a great chef and her passion for the ingredients and cooking was amazing. She also gave us some great recommendations for some local vineyards and sights to see in the area.

Today’s cooking class with Alina was a fantastic experience. We met some wonderful people and made 4 types of pasta and tiramisu. Alina takes the art of pasta making and makes it so easy anyone can do it! We cooked it all and ate it for lunch with some wonderful Tuscan wine and finished with our homemade tiramisu. All this in a stunning location near Dolciano! I highly recommend adding this experience to your itinerary.

A beautiful environment and a very warm host. We enjoyed the experience very much. Alina is a passionate cook who clearly loves the slow cook experiences, using traditional and organic ingredients. Her passion is highly infectious.

Our cooking class with Alina was one of the highlights of our 17-day trip through Italy! We learned so much and had a wonderful time making pasta and tiramisu with our three children (and the rest of our class!) Would highly recommend as a special activity while in the area! We’d love to do another class with Alina sometime!

This was such an amazing experience. Alina was very patient with us and explain every detail on how to make the pasta and the importance of fresh ingredients in the italian cuisine. The end result was excelent. We ended up making 2 different raviollis and three pastas + tiramisu. Thank you Alina and Linda for being part of a great memory of pur trip in italy!!
