Delicious fun! My husband and I booked this experience in hopes of learning a bit more about making homemade pasta and the Sardinian way of life. We learned a lot and enjoyed the hands-on aspect of making our own pastas. We got to bring home the recipes and definitely plan to make them again. At the end of our class, we enjoyed a complete lunch that included both of the pastas that we made. It was special to us in that we got to meet the family in their own home with a limited number of people. Excellent!

Fantastic teachers, a beautiful traditional Sardinian home, and a delicious meal in great company. We absolutely loved our experience with Valerio and Isa. They were patient, careful teachers who made a joy out of learning new pasta skills. We will definitely be back to learn more. Though we've made our own pasta for years, we learned A TON about traditional methods and the differences between flour types. We took a lot of notes and are happily making pasta at home. The location was convenient to Cagliari and very easy to find. The class lasted multiple hours and ended with a lovely meal of antipasti, the pasta we made, and delicious local wines.

The most authentic experience of our trip to Sardinia. Isabelle and Valerio welcomed us into their beautiful home and were excellent teachers to teach us how to make two traditional pasta types. They shared the recipes as well as prepared a beautiful lunch but they were also so knowledgeable about Sardinia itself. A fun activity with our adult children.

What a wonderful experience with this lovely family. We enjoyed learning about Sardagna and the local village, as well as, learning how to make the pastas. Finished with a full meal of antipasto, the pasta 🍝 we created in their delicious sauce and coffee ☕️. Unable to add my photos to this site 🤷‍♀️ Definitely worth it!!

It was such a lovely time spent with the ladies, making Culurgiones and Malloreddus! They were very friendly, and it was a very relaxing experience! They gave us recipe for the pasta, and then after the lesson we had antipasto with the group. After they took us to their home and cooked both pastas for us. It was very nice to be inside a traditional Sardinian home and having a chat with the locals at the dining table, really recommended!

This was such an amazing class. Isabella and her family were so gracious and welcoming. The food we prepared was amazing and we had great conversation and cultural exchange over lunch. My son and I would definitely book again on our next trip to Cagliari.

They welcomed us into their home with such hospitality and warmth, and taught us traditional Sardinian pasta. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would strongly recommend that anyone visiting Sardinia to do this class!

We were made to feel so welcome and I could not recommend this course enough. Isabella and Valerio were brilliant hosts and we had so much fun and enjoyment in making some amazing pasta.
