During the guided tour in the cellar ans short walk of the vineyard you will discover the territory, the birth of the agronomic wine project, the construction phases of the barrel cella and much more.
Sunset is a magical moment: after a short walk in the vineyard you reach the panoramic pier to enjoy a unique experience, sipping our white wine paired with some traditional specialties.
Then you return to the terrace where you can taste our red wine. To close, a sweet note with Malvasia delle Lipari and the sesaminos.

Very unhappy - got a message a couple of hours after booking to say that the tour was cancelled. Yet the payment was not immediately annulled and I am still awaiting my refund. What's more, the tour was still showing as available for booking the following morning, the very day it was intended to take place!
The wine and snacks were okay. The amiente was to modern for us. Not that romantic as we have expected. We thought we would get a better view. If they would offer an inclusive shuttle service to the top of the mountain that would be great. Be aware from the habour to the top it cost 50 EUR per taxi additionaly. We booked an English speaking tour, but the English was hardly to understand. We would also have expected a warmer welcome.
Arrivati con anticipo di mezz’ora ci siamo incamminati verso le cave di Caolino a 2 minuti a piedi dal posto, come consigliato da loro. Fatte le 19:00 e aspettato il resto del gruppo è stato magico da subito. Il panorama mozzafiato. Siamo scesi al luogo sottostante in cui lasciano invecchiare i vini, con volte e pilastri suggestivi, aria controllata e pura. Passeggiando tra le vigne ci hanno servito il primo calice di vino bianco con tagliere annesso di poche cose ma buone e abbiamo aspettato il tramonto; indimenticabile. Al ritorno, secondo calice di vino rosso con annesso tagliere di cose buonissime. La guida bravissima, dolcissima e professionale. Da rifare.
