Domaso: degustazione di vini presso cantina sul Lago di Como

Superbe expérience ! Ayant regarder les précédent commentaires élogieux je n’ai pas hésiter à réserver et je ne suis pas déçu ! C’est une petite entreprise familiale tout le monde est très sympa et attentionnée. Attention cependant tout n’est pas toujours compris dans l’expérience et il se peut qu’il y ai des suppléments.

A stunning view from a family owned and operated small (50k bottles annual) winery on a hillside in Domaso. They grow all of their own grapes throughout several properties in the region (including the winery). The tasting session lasted several hours with excellent corresponding appetizers to accompany the wine flights. Our tour was led by the owners' daughter and the family pride and love that goes into the wine was evident. Highly recommended. Oenophiles should note that this is not a traditional 'taste and spit' tasting of fine wines with technical analysis, but more of a beautiful afternoon on the hillside enjoying the view, apps, family story and some nice regional wines. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location. A quick tour and explanation of the cellar and process followed by 3 generous wine tastings with snacks provided whilst sat at a table enjoying the view. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a vineyard where the tastings have been so generous. Friendly team and a lovely way to spend an afternoon. It’s not a huge vineyard so don’t expect a long tour. The tour is brief but interesting, the tasting is the experience and is worth it, great value for money.

A lovely couple of hours with good food and wine. The steep climb from the lake is well worth it for the magnificent views.

This looked great but didn’t make it there, similar to a below review it was unclear how long it would take to ge to the location and we didn’t leave ourselves enough time, not leaving a bad review as I’m sure it’s a great expierence and a really good price compared to other attractions at lake como and we could have planned better so that’s our fault just wish trip advisor had better info on the location, so if you go just make sure you have loads of time to get there!!

This sounded like a great tour. Unfortunately, we never got there. We were staying in Milan and took the TrenItalia to lake Como. So far so good. We thought we could take a taxi from there. But when we talked to a taxi driver he told us it would take at least another hour to get to Domaso. That would cost a lot and we might not make it in time. We didn't know how far it was from the San Giovani station. Other reviews made it sound like it wasn't far and the tour description doesn't give much information on how to get there. This sounds like a great tour if you drive yourself or are staying near lake Como. We still had a nice time so we're glad we did it. Hope this helps others thinking of trying this.
