The lesson lasts approximately 60 minutes, including 15 minutes of general preparation and safety equipment setup, followed by 45 minutes of thrilling water lessons and a photo session with a GoPro camera. Safety is our top priority, and while the experience is accessible to most, there are certain limitations for the safety of participants. Individuals weighing over 110 kg or with serious health issues unfortunately cannot participate. Additionally, pregnant women beyond their third month are advised to refrain from joining.
