The city view from the highest point was the best part of the tour. We never saw the inside of the cathedral, only saw it from a distance. We had a very brief and rushed stop at a pastry/expresso shop, with no explanation of how to purchase anything. The whole tour was cut short since we spent a lot of time trying to find our group with a non-English speaking man, and then driving through town to meet our tour guide. Since we were the only 2 folks not going to Pompeii we were combined with the Pompeii group and never got any real personal attention or adequate time. Everything for our part of the tour was rush, rush, rush.

Short and unpleasant. driver was constantly on the phone speaking in his language and didn't explain for 30 plus minutes why we didn't have a tour guide. Finally she showed up, spoke for 5 minutes, sent us to the church, divided group for 2 different destinations. It's it.

Fun walking tour of Naples. Only six of us. Guide awesome. Lots of time for exploration. Two hours of super experience.

This tour got off to a slow start as we waited quite some time for the last group of participants. This might not have been their fault, we have found that sometimes Viator gives different starting times for the same tour. Once started, we visited the Duomo, which was interesting. Then we drove through the city to an overlook, which has a nice view of the city and harbor. Finally to Plebiscite Square, where we could appreciate the buildings. Short tour, gave us an appreciation of Naples, and the guide was fine. However, I'd recommend you look at other available tours.

This tour provided a great insight on Naples city. We got to see a lot of the sights in a short amount of time that allowed for extra exploring opportunities.

The tour is self was fine. However, I believe the pick-up and drop-off were to be at the cruise terminal. The vendor left me about a half-mile from the terminal and gave me instructions for how to walk back alone.

Interesting tour which showed the front and back of Naples City.

The guide made the most out of what turned out to be a very wet morning with severe thunder storms. We thought the drive along the coast line and city could have included more sights during the short time allocated, however we did enjoy our short stops which included a visit to the Cathedral which is an absolute stand-out and a must see when visiting Naples. The tour ends in a central location not far from the port which is ideal should you wish to walk around the historical area of Naples.

This tour exceeded our expectations as we thought most of the 2 hours would be just driving around with a few photo stops. What a nice surprise to discover we had a guided tour of a beautiful Cathedral and a small walking tour at the end where our friendly, knowledgeable guide pointed out other places of interest and told us in detail how to return to our ship which was very close by. We also had a beautiful photo stop at a lookout you would have a hard time to find or even know existed. Definitely worth it as we had an afternoon tour in the afternoon through the cruiseline and got back to the ship in plenty of time to eat lunch and relax before the other tour.

It was an ok tour. Not too exciting...mainly visited one church and had a few photo ops. Our guide was fluent in English and Spanish..we were more Spanish than English speakers. Some were booked for a longer tour some were left in a square not far from the ship. We had a pizza and walked back to the port.
Not sure it was a great value for our money.
