Our afternoon with Letizia was amazing. She is a walking historian and knew everything about Florence and the love for her city came shining through! It was very cold and rainy and my dad wanted to cut the tour short. She was very accommodating and took me on the rest of the tour and offered to fill in my husband on the rest when we came back. I can’t say enough about her. We had flown in from Boston about 3 hours before and it was a great introduction to Florence! I would highly recommend!!!

But Letizia was amazing! We awoke each morning excited about the day (she guided us for three days!). Art, food, history, and culture all came together in a magical week. Letizia was very knowledgeable and personable. The tour was very comprehensive and a perfect way to get introduced and oriented to Florence. We saw many sites and stores that we returned to but wouldn't have known about without her guidance. She regularly checked to make sure we were not tired or to make sure we were seeing things that were of interest to us. I highly recommend Letizia for leading an excellent overview of the city which she obviously loves.

Letizia is an outstanding guide with a strong educational and experiential background. She was our guide for two different groups that I was fortunate enough to join--one with older friends and one with grandchildren. Furthermore, she led other groups of friends who came later. The praise was unanimous. She had a knack for selecting and tailoring experiences for each group and she also was quick to make a change to meet individual interests. She arranged rest stops so no one felt pressure to keep up. The children were enamored with her jokes, her special fun in the gelato shop, and the demonstration in the paper store. She took us to a great leather shop for later shopping. I cannot say enough good about this very special guide for family and friends of all ages.
