Vatican Gardens

The tour takes place on board of a minibus and with the support of an audio guide. Get your online vatican tickets and enjoy your experience in Rome. While visiting picturesque paths of the Vatican Gardens, you will observe gardens in three different styles, Italian, English and French, each with their distinctive characteristics. The Italian-style garden has a very formal and geometrical feature, and features of the Renaissance. The French garden distinguishes its great expression in the classic baroque art, enriched with statues and water games. The English garden has great geometric features with natural and artificial elements such as caves, streams, trees, shrubs, pagodas, pergolas, temples and ruins.

A journey, skipping the lines, through the Vatican, one of the best museums in Italy. Famous and higly visited, hosts the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica. Walk around the big galleries of one of the most important museums in the world and discover the spectacular Belvedere Courtyard. Also, you can see the historical maps made by the cartographers of the time at the Gallery of Maps. We will also get to see the beautiful tapestries made by Raphael’s pupils at the Gallery of tapestries and the marvellous frescoes made by Michelangelo at the Sistine chapel. Among some of the most important churches of Catholicism there is St. Peter’s Basilica, where the sculpture of La pieta by Michelangelo can be found. Once outside the church we will find ourselves surrounded by the magnificent set of columns made by Bernini.
