Unfortunately we were left without a driver despite booking everything through Viator and having confirmation of our pick up point one week prior. This was meant to be our first honeymoon trip on the Amlafi and due to time constraints this was our only day we could do the tour so we were looking forward to this more than anything. We stood for an hour waiting before asking a local if he could call the company to ask what was going on. The local Italian told us our tour had been cancelled. We had no information of this and we were left upset, angry and disappointed that we spent money, time and effort on booking this trip only to be disappointed by no driver showing up for us. Would not recommend this to anyone if they do not have time to reschedule. We have informed Viator and asked for a full refund.

We had a full day tour booked and John's Limo Service did not show, or let us know. We waited 40 minutes at the agreed pick-up location before we phoned them. All they said was that they cancelled our tour. Terrible service and they ruined our holiday.

We hired John's Limo Service to take us to our hotel in Amalfi from Naples, and to pick us back up a few days later. They were amazing - the drivers were incredible and very safe, and best of all - they were super accomodating to a few asks we had. We needed to leave our rental car in Naples and they allowed us to do so in their secure (and beautiful) garage. We would highly recommend and plan on recommending to our friends who are visiting Italy next summer!
