Pompeii was amazing. The history. Our guide Roberta was fabulous. Mt Versuvio views were breathtaking. Ending the day with a meal and wine tasting was excellent. Hotel pick-up and drop-off in Amalfi was top-notch. Celeste and Carmine did us good. We used Carmine again to take us back to Naples when we were ending our Italy stay. He was on time and made the drive comfortable for us. Even took us back to hotel after we realized my husband left his phone! What a gentleman.

What an amazing day! Carmine picked us up promptly in a very cold mini van (perfect for the heat). We were then met by our tour guide Sasa - Wow, what an amazing guide!!!! He was very knowledgeable and very funny and engaging. The two hours flew by. We then went to lunch and wine tasting. So yummy! Lots of wine and amazing food. Carmine then drove us to Mt Vesuvius where we walked up/down ourselves (approx. 1 hour). Definitely recommend this tour!

Great experience of getting picked up in Amalfi taken to Pompei for a tour of the city, a walk up to Mt Vesuvius, followed by a wine tasking and lunch at an amazing local vineyard! Also taken back to Amalfi after the wine tasting! Would highly recommend this tour company! Very efficient and looked after us so well ☺️ Thank you!

The tour was well organized, the Pompeii tour was perfect at two hours. We had a very knowledgeable guide who kept us away from the crowds, while making sure we saw important things. The volcano hike was nice with ample time. The lunch and wine tasting were lovely. It was a great day and I would recommend it. A few logistical comments…it had not been clear to us that it was not a private tour, so just be aware that you will be grouped with up to 10 people, including at the lunch, but everyone on our tour was a lot of fun and it was not an issue. Also, be aware that your pick up in the morning to take you to Pompeii may not be a minivan. Even though they say it is a minivan, they might pick you up in a sedan. For our family of very tall adults that was unexpected and a bit crowded during our hour+ drive. The transfer from Pompeii to the volcano, and the return home were via a minivan shared with other people.

Sasa our guide at Pompeii was excellent. The Vineyard experience was excellent. Limited time at Mount Vesuvius. Transportation drivers were just average. Overall, however, I would recommend the tour.

This is a great tour of Pompeii! Our guide Sasa has vast knowledge of the history of Pompeii, he helped us navigate the ruins in a smart way, keeping us in the shade, away from the crowds when possible, and showing us the most amazing highlights of the ruins. 100% recommended!

Well organised picked up from hotel, meet up with our group to climb Vesuvius allowed plenty of time to complete this. Off to Pompeii met our excellent well informed guide lots of time exploring the sites. Day finished at a vineyard lovely meal then safely back home via mini bus

What an awesome experience! We were picked up at our hotel in Positano by Amanuelo and drove to Mt. Vesuvius. We had two hours to hike up to the top in the morning, which was perfect because we were back down before the weather was too warm for the day. The views from the top were absolutely amazing. Next, we visited the Cantina del Vesuvio at the base of the mountain for a quick tour, lunch and tasting. This was short, but a nice way to break up the day. We ended the day with a tour of the ancient city of Pompeii with Sasa. Sasa is a third generation Pompeiien tour guide and it shows. He knows Pompeii inside and out so we were able to see so much in such a short period of time. Plus, the stories he told were fascinating - you really got to envision what life was like during that time. After that we were dropped off right back at our hotel. This was a long day, but absolutely worth it. We would have spent so much time planning logistics and missed so much context without the pre-planned tour.

This whole tour was great! My mum and I were picked up in a private car and driven to Pompeii from our hotel in Minori. This was so relaxing as the driver was very smooth and made the whole day so much easier by getting picked up from our hotel. Once we arrived at Pompeii we met our tour guide Sasa and the other two people on our tour with us. Going in January was perfect because there were no crowds. I could not recommend Sasa for a tour guide enough! He was so incredibly knowledgeable about Pompeii and is really passionate about its history which makes the whole experience much more interesting. He told us that he creates the tour itinerary bespoke for each group and that day so they can get the most out of their visit. After Pompeii we were then driven up to Mount Vesuvius. We were warned before that it might be closed due to the bad weather and risk of landslides, but they offered to take us up to the car park anyway so we could see the view. That was great as the views are amazing, even from the car park! Then we went to the lunch and wine tasting. The vineyard is family owned and more than just the wine was grown on the vineyard. They had make the olive oil, pasta, grown the tomatoes for the pasta sauce and so much more! They wine was great too! All in all it was a great experience!!! Thank you!

This was one of my favorite tours I have taken! I learned so much about Pompeii and our guide Sasa was phenomenal. The wine tasting was also amazing and so beautiful!
